Detailed Bummers by SSC
The SSC CGL 2017 exam began in August 2017. The Tier 1 examination was held from 5th August to 24th August 2017. The shifts held before 15th August was somewhat difficult comparatively which led some of the students to move to Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) due to which the case was delayed continuously thus delaying the tier 2 exam.
Even the SSC CGL tier 2 was held after a lot of delaying and controversies. Then the next mishap occurred on February 21st, 2018 when all the students were prepared to attempt their mathematics paper. But minutes prior to the exam, it was revealed that the question paper with the answers was leaked.

Why is there a Demand for CBI Probe?
After the incident of 21st February, SSC stated that the delay was due to some technical glitch. The exam was postponed 15 minutes after the students had started answering the questions. All these incidents collectively instilled the outrage in the students’ mind which led them to stage a protest demanding for an SSC Paper Leak CBI Probe.
Randeep Surjewala, the All India Congress Committee communications in-charge has recently tweeted sharing his views on SSC paper leak, “SSC Scam is another #Vyapam. Jobs being sold, future of millions of youth jeopardised, unabated protests continue for 3 days in Delhi, yet Modiji & SSC remain mum. If there is nothing wrong, why no CBI probe? Will PM answer? Will media listen?”
