SSC CHSL Vacancy 2017 Increased
Staff Selection Commission had increased the SSC CHSL Vacancy 2017 from 3271 to 5134. This is good news for all the applicants as it increases their chance of getting selected. The Tier I exam was held from 4th to 28th March 2018. Through this recruitment process, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Postal/Sorting Assistant (PA/SA), and Data Entry Operator post will be filled.

A total number of 3271 vacancies were announced earlier.
- LDC – 910
- PA/SA – 2359
- DEO – 2
Updated SSC CHSL Vacancy
Today, SSC has announced that the number of vacancies has been increased to 5134.
- LDC – 1865
- PA/SA – 3267
- DEO – 2
We can see that the vacancy has increased only for the post of LDC, PA/SA.

SSC CHSL Important Dates
- Tier I exam – 4th to 28th March 2018
- Result date for Tier I – May 2018
- Tier II Admit Card – June 2018
- Exam date for Tier II – 8th July 2018
- Tier II result – October 2018
- Tier III exam – November/December 2018

SSC CHSL Selection Process
You need to qualify all the three phases of the exam separately to get selected. Firstly, you need to sit for the Tier I exam and qualify it. If you get qualified, you have to sit for Tier II exam. If you qualify the 2nd phase of the exam too, you need to appear for the Skill Test/Typing Test.
Rs.5200 – 20200/- per month + Grade pay of Rs.1900/2400
