SSC CGL Result for Tier 2 2018

Staff Selection Commission conducted the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam from 5th to 24th August 2017. After the Tier 1 result was out, the exam was scheduled on November 10th and 11th 2017. However, the CGL Mains exam was postponed multiple times. Amidst a series of disappointment, the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam was finally scheduled to be held from 17th to 22nd February 2018. On 21st February, reports of paper leak filled the social media. At the same time, the exam was postponed. Afterwards, hundreds of students carried out a protest in front of SSC office in Lodhi Road, Delhi. The paper of that date was cancelled and re-exam was scheduled on 9th March 2018. Hopefully, justice will be provided. And after that, SSC CGL result for Tier 2 will be tentatively published on 8th June 2018 on their official website. Marks Calculation for Scorecard

Your SSC CGL Tier 2 marks will be the sum of Tier 1 and Tier 2 marks scored.

Tier II Marks Calculation

  • Correct Answer: +1
  • Incorrect Answer: -0.50

The paper consists of 200 marks in total.

Tier 1 – Revised Result

Initially, the Tier 1 result was announced on 31st October 2018. Later in January 2018, the Commission declared the revised result. The cut-off was lowered this time. As a result, an additional number of candidates were shortlisted for Tier 2.
