The image displayed below is the photo taken from a mobile phone of a candidate inside the examination hall of SSC CGL Tier 2. Mobile phones are not allowed inside any of the examination halls anywhere in India. SSC take very stringent security measures to not allow candidates from carrying anything like mobile phones, ball pen, wrist watch or even valuables. While a few centers are breaking these rules – it affects the reputation of SSC and also puts the future of all SSC aspirants in danger. Cheating in SSC CGL 2017 Tier 2 is not very rampant, but when it happens it ends up in events like postponement of exams, cancellation of exam papers, etc

We appeal to the authorities at SSC to take action against the culprits to cheat in examinations. However, the photo pictured below is taken from the mobile phone of a candidate.
Given Below are rules regarding objects that can be carried inside the examination hall. We have mentioned te official rules and regulations issued by SSC to all students writing SSC exams.:

Electronic gadgets (Bluetooth devices, headphones, pen/buttonhole cameras, scanner, calculator, storage devices etc) in the examination lab. These items are strictly prohibited from the examination lab.

What Candidates Should Wear to the SSC Exam hall?
Candidates should not wear clothes with full sleeves or big buttons, etc. Candidates are advised to wear open footwear like slippers, sandals instead of shoes as the candidates could be asked to remove shoes by the frisking staff.
Do not Carry Stationary:
Pen/pencil and paper for rough work would be provided in the examination lab. Electronic watch (timer) will be available on the computer screen allotted to the candidates.
Do not carry Bags: Do not carry a backpack, College bag or any other bag like handbag. The Commission shall not be responsible for the safe custody of any items. Candidates must make arrangement for safe custody of any bags they carry with them.
What will Happen if you carry Prohibited items to SSC CGL Exam Hall?
If any such prohibited item is found in the possession of a candidate in the examination lab, his/her candidature is liable to be canceled and legal/criminal proceedings could be initiated against him/her. He/she would also liable to be debarred from appearing in future examinations of the Commission for a period of 3 years.
