Junior Legal Officer RRVUNL Syllabus 2018

Part A – 60% Weightage
  • Constitution of India with special emphasis on Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles and enforcement of rights through writs, Functioning of High Courts and Supreme Court and Attorney General
  • Civil Procedure Code and Criminal Procedure Code, Provisions required to be referred generally in Government Offices will be given importance
  • Evidence Act, Limitation Act, Interpretation of Statutes, drafting and convincing

RRVUNL Exam Pattern & Selection Process 2018

  • For the post of Assistant Personnel Officer, Junior Legal Officer, and Junior Accountants, you need to write an online Written Test consisting of objective type questions only, in two parts. You will get two hours in total.
  • And for the posts of Stenographer and Junior Assistant, the phase I online exam will consist of objective type questions that you need to finish within 2 hours.

You need to secure minimum 30% marks in each phase or part to qualify. Also, for every wrong attempt, negative marking applies. To prepare the final merit list, the total marks scored by the candidates in both the parts will be considered. After that, there won’t be any Interview. However, you need to go for the Documents Verification round after that. You need to bring the original and self-attested photocopies of the following – filled-in application printout, fee e-receipt printout, and all other relevant documents.
