RRB NTPC Vacancy 2019-20

Revised Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) vacancy for the year 2019 released for 35277 seats for different posts under undergraduate and Graduate for RRB NTPC 2019. The RRB NTPC Vacancy has been revised again to 35,208 on April 20, 2019.

• In continuation of the Notice dated April 20, 2019, for cancellation of 69 vacancies of DLW and subsequent inclusion of 66 vacancies for the Visually Impaired (VI) candidates as per the statutory provisions.
• The vacancies for Visually Impaired (VI) candidates have been enhanced from 236 to 302.
•  RRB NTPC Syllabus has 3 main sections for Prelims: Arithmetic Ability, Reasoning & General Intelligence, and General Awareness.
• Out of 1.3 Lakhs total Vacancy for various RRB Recruitments in the year 2019, NTPC released 10603 Undergraduate and 24605 Graduate Posts, the RRB NTPC Total Vacancy 2019 is 35208 as per the official notification.

RRB NTPC Vacancy 2019 Highlights

Cancellation of Vacancies of DLW 2019

• In a notice released by the railways, there are some changes in the total number of vacancies for RRB Allahabad.
• The DLW vacancies under RRB Allahabad has been canceled.
• As per the notification, the overall vacancies for RRB Allahabad has been decreased from 4099 to 4030, which is shown in the given table post-wise:

• The candidates who applied for any one of the above categories of DLW RRB Allahabad are being allowed to change their order of POst Preference without payment of any modification fee.
• Candidates can also visit the direct link and login using the button “Post Preference for DLW opted candidates in RRB Allahabad”.
• If the willing candidates are not able to change the Post Preference, the original post preference will be considered with all DLW vacancy/ all DLW post preferences deleted.

Zone-Wise Vacancy List of Shortlisted Candidates 2019

• As per an external report, the zone-wise list of shortlisted candidates is released.
• 6% of candidates are shortlisted for CBT 2 from a total of 1,46,30,885 candidates who have appeared in the exam.
• The railway will shortlist the candidates for CBT 2 (Mains Exam) at the rate of 20 times the vacancy.
