Please find the detailed exam pattern of the online written exam below.

If you belong to the General or OBC category, you have to score minimum 40% marks in each section to qualify. But if you belong to SC or ST category, you need to score minimum 36% marks in each section. Furthermore, for SC/ST (Tribal sub-plan areas and Saharia tribes of Bara district) candidates, the minimum score is 25% marks.

Additionally, for the post of Driver, you have to give extra tests. It carries 15 marks. You have to give the following tests – stop test, steering test, slalom test, driving of heavy vehicles, and removing three simple mechanical and electrical faults in the vehicle.

Furthermore, if you possess NCC certificates, you will get some extra marks. For A certificate – 2 marks, B certificate – 3 marks, and C certificate – 5 marks.

Also, for continuous service of more than 1 years, you will get 2 marks extra. For more than 2 years of service, you will get 3 marks extra. Moreover, for continuous 2 years service in Border, you will get 5 marks extra.
