Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
A candidate must possess a degree in Graduation/Post Graduation/C.A/LL.B or any discipline relevant to the post.
Candidate must also have required experience in the relevant field in which he/she is applying.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 25
- Maximum Age: 52
- Upper Age relaxation upto 3 years for reserved categories.
Selection Process
Selection of the candidate will be made on the basis of merit list prepared by the bank. Shortlisted candidates will be called upon for a Group Discussion and Personal Interview in the bank’s headquarters in New Delhi.
Payscale
Selected candidates will be getting the following emoluments:
- DGM-TEGS VI: Scale of pay is 68680-1960/4-76520
- AGM-SMGS V: Scale of pay is 59170-1650/2-66070
- Chief Manager-SMGS IV: Scale of pay is 50030-1460/4-55870-1650/2-59170
- Manager-MMGS II: Scale of pay is 31705-1145/1-32850-1130/10-45950
Apart from the above emoluments, selected candidates will also be entitled to DA, HRA, CCA, LTC, Medical and other benefits as per the company policy.
