Eligibility Criteria as in OPGC Notification 2018

• Educational Qualification
  • Senior Manager posts – You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.
  • Deputy Manager posts – You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline (with minimum 60% marks) from a recognized University.
  • Manager – You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline (with minimum 60% marks) from a recognized University.
  • Senior Assistant Manager – You must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (relevant discipline) or MCA with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.
• Experience
  • Senior Manager posts – You must have 12 to 14 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the executive post in a Government/PSU/Private company of repute.
  • Deputy Manager posts – You must have 7+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in the executive post in a Government/PSU/Private company of repute.
  • Manager – You must have 8 to 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the executive post in a Government/PSU/Private company of repute.
  • Senior Assistant Manager – You must have 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the executive post in a Government/PSU/Private company of repute.

Selection Process as in OPGC Notification 2018

A telephonic interview may be conducted after which a Personal Interview will be held to shortlist candidates. You need to bring all the relevant documents in original as well as photocopies during the Personal Interview.
