OICL AO Mains exam is over and it brings all aspirants closer to their dreams of working in the insurance sector. The mains exam was conducted in a single shift. Examination Paper Pattern of Mains Examination

Main Examination consists of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests were held online. Candidates had to answer Descriptive Test by typing on the computer. Immediately after completion of Objective Test, Descriptive Test was administered.

50 Questions were asked from the General Awareness section.Most of the questions asked were from Insurance and Current Affairs based.

  • Capital and currency based questions.

 OICL AO Mains Exam Analysis of Descriptive Test: 

The Descriptive Test was of 30 minutes duration for 30 marks. It was English Language test comprising of l Letter Writing-10marks & Essay-20 marks. The descriptive text was in English and was be conducted through online mode.
