4. If the date of birth stated by the candidate in the application is inconsistent with the certificate produced, his candidature is liable to be rejected and withdrawn with immediate effect.
5. Graduation/Post Graduation Certificates, Mark Sheets etc.
6. Certificates of Professional qualification / other qualification, if any.
7. Experience Certificate or supporting documentary evidence,
8. Caste Certificate in original.
