• After being selected as a NIACL Assistant in Scale III Cadre, you will be getting a monthly salary of Rs. 23,500/- in Metropolitan Cities.
• The pay will be in the scale of -14435-840(1)-15275-915(2)-17105-1030(5)-22255-1195(2)-24645-1455(3)-29010-1510(2)-32030-1610(5)-40080.
• You will be getting other allowances along with the above mentioned salary.
• Apart from the allowances, you will be entitled to lump sum domiciliary medical benefits, group medi-claim policy, Leave travel subsidy and other staff welfare scheme as per company policy.
• You may also avail company accommodation as per their norms.

NIACL Work Profile

The job profile of NIACL Assistant exam is given in brief below:

• After your appointment as an Assistant, you will be posted anywhere in India as the company demands.
• You will have to stay at the first posting location for a minimum of 5 years.
• At first, you will be in a probation period for minimum 6 months.
