Educational Qualification:

M-2 Grade

Grade M-2 has 32 vacancies in 5 disciplines

Junior Manager Qualifications
Mining Degree in Mining Engineering /II class/ I class Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency with minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanized Opencast or Underground Metal/Coal Mines.
Survey 3 Years Diploma in Mining/Mines & Mine Surveying & Mine Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency along with 2 years experience in Opencast Metal Mines as Surveyor using surveying systems like Digital levels, Theodolites, Total Station, etc.
G &QC M.Sc/M.Sc (Tech.)/M.Tech in Geology/Applied Geology with minimum 2 years experience in the areas of geological mapping, sampling, exploratory drilling, logging, preparation of cross-sections & slice plans. You will get added more preference if you possess practical knowledge of applications in remote sensing, GIS, GPS, Geo-statistics, and Mining planning Software.
C & IT MCA/ BE/B.Tech (Computer/CS/IT) or Degree in Engineering with PG Diploma in Computer Application Programming/ Computer Management/System Management. You should also possess minimum 2 years of experience in either Network & Infrastructure/ Database/System Administration/ Software.
Instrumentation Degree in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in process industries like Iron & Steel /Beneficiation/Pellet/Power/Fertilizers/ Chemical/ Cement plants.

M-4 Grade

Grade M-4 will have 1 vacancy in Geo Physicist discipline.

Deputy Manager Qualification
Geo Physicist M.Sc./M.Sc. Tech.,/M.Tech in Geophysics/Applied Geophysics with minimum 4 years of experience in Geophysical Surveys – Magnetic, Electromagnetic, Gravity, Electrical resistivity, Induced Polarization (IP) and Self Potential (SP) surveys, Data Acquisition, Processing, and Interpretation for Mineral Exploration

JO Grade

Grade JO will have 54 vacancies in 4 different disciplines.

Junior Officer Qualification
Mechanical/Electrical 3 Years Diploma in concerning discipline with minimum 5 years of experience or Graduate in Engineering in the concerning Discipline
Mining Degree in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate with Metalliferrous Mine or 3 year Diploma in Mining Engineering along with minimum 5 years of  experience (for Diploma Holders).
G & QC M.Sc/M.Sc(Tech)/M.Tech in Geology/Applied Geology/Exploration Geology with atleast 1 year of experience in Geological mapping, Sampling, Mining or related Industry.
