NABARD Grade A Job Profile

  • You need to work a probation period of two years. It is extendable for a maximum period of one year after the probation period.
  • You need to perform all kinds of tasks – clerical, managerial, etc.
  • Deal with Central and State Government policy issues related to agriculture and rural development.
  • Cooperate with the State Government and Bank industry.

NABARD Grade B Job Profile

  • You need to work a probation period of two years. It is extendable for a maximum period of one year after the probation period.
  • Monitor accounting steps.
  • Create and maintain customer relationships.
  • Develop/approve loans.
  • Ensure smooth and obstacle-free functioning of office employees and work.
  • Coordinate with different departments and enable inter-departmental assignments.
