They selected only those candidates who paid to them.

Be practical. they have selected approx 5000+ candidates in clerk and all 5000 candidates can not PAY to them, this would be huge controversy. if done so. paper was easy so more then attempt accuracy matters, and cutoff depends on so many factors like gen/obc/sc st etc and MALE/FEM.and number of candidates applied.

I did contacted with IBPS and co operative bank’s personals but they don’t have any satisfied answer releted to cutoff and why did they declare the result offline in PDF while the all process of the exam was online. IBPS personal said for this that they only did what they were said to do.
