LIC HFL Selection Process 2019

The official notification of LIC HFL 2019 has decided to go through the 4 stages- Online Exam, Interview, Final Selection, and Medical Test. In this article, candidates can get detailed information about the LIC HFL Selection Process.

• The Final Selection is based on the merit ranking of the combined marks of Written Exam and Interview.
• The LIC HFL Admit Card for written exam will release on September 09, 2019.
• The final merit list and selection of candidates will be separate for each post of Assistant, Associate & Assistant Manager.
• Shortlisting of candidates for interview will be provisional without verification of documents.
• Candidates must go through detailed LIC HFL Syllabus to prepare well for the exam.

LIC HFL Selection Process 2019

Candidates have to go through 4 stages for the final selection in the post they have chosen to be recruited in. Check the following mentioned in the LIC HFL Selection Process Stages:

• Written Exam (Online Exam)
• Interview

LIC HFL Exam Pattern

Candidates can check the detailed LIC HFL Exam Pattern in the below-mentioned points-

Online Exam

• The online examination will be separate for Assistant, Associate and Assistant Manager.
• It will be in English language only. There will be a penalty for wrong answers in the online examination.
• For every wrong answer to a question given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.
• If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
• The corrected scores obtained by each of the candidates in different sessions (if held) will be normalized using equal percentile method.

Interview

• Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on their respective Marks in Online Exam for Assistant, Associate, and Assistant Manager will be called for interview.
• Candidates who do not attend the Interview or who do not obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the Interview shall be disqualified from further selection.
• Shortlisting of candidates for interview will be provisional without verification of documents.
• Candidature will be subject to verification of all details/documents with the original when a candidate reports for an interview (if called).
• In case a candidate is called for interview and is found not satisfying the eligibility criteria (Age, Educational Qualification, etc.) he/she will not be allowed to appear for the interview.

Final Selection

• The final merit list and selection of candidates will be separate for each post of Assistant, Associate & Assistant Manager.
• It will be done on the basis of combined marks of Online Exam and Interview strictly according to the merit ranking, subject to minimum qualifying marks in the Interview, which will be posted on the official website.
• The Company reserves the right to change the selection procedure, if necessary.

Medical Test

The selected candidate will have to undergo Medical Examination and will be appointed as Assistant, Associate, and Assistant Manager subject to him/her being found medically fit by the Medical Examiner authorized by LIC HFL for this purpose.
