• Candidates can fill the LIC ADO Application Form on the official website of LIC.

• The selection of the students will be completely based on Online tests as well as an Interview.

LIC recruits Apprentice Development Officers in the jurisdiction of the various Divisional Offices under eight different Zones. The selection process details are mentioned below in this article:

However, the selection procedure contains three Stages-

1. Online Test (Prelims & Mains)
2. Interview
3. Medical Examination

LIC ADO Selection Process-Online Test

In LIC ADO Online Test there are 2 Phases- Prelims and Mains, which are conduct in only one day. The subjectwise details are mentioned in the below tables separately-

Phase 1- Prelims

Online Exam Phase 1 is Objective in nature, there are three sections in this which are mentioned below in the table-

• English Language test is of qualifying nature.

Phase 2- Mains

Main Examination consisting of the objective test which is of 150 marks, more information are mentioned below in the table-

• The online test will be of multiple choice questions, of two hours duration including of the following two papers:
  i. Test of Reasoning and Numerical Ability
  ii. General Knowledge, Current Affairs and English Language.
• Candidate must have to pass in each paper separately.
• Also, obtain minimum marks in the aggregate of the two papers (Prelims & Mains) to qualify for the interview.
• The aggregate marks to be obtained in each paper shall be decided by LIC of India.

LIC ADO Selection Process-Interview

• However, the Candidates who successfully cleared the Online test will be called for the next round (Interview).
• The candidate who is not able to obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the Interview shall be disqualified for further selection.

LIC ADO Selection Process- Medical Examination

• In last, the selected candidates shall be appointed as Apprentice Development Officer if they pass all the fitness/medical test and claimed as ‘fit’ by the Medical Examiner who will be in authority by LIC for the similar purpose.
