Karur Vysya Bank Recruitment 2017 – Karur Vysya Bank has published notification for the recruitment of Chief Risk Officer (General Manager) at its Head office in Karur, Tamilnadu.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicant for Chief Risk Officer must be between the age of 45-55 years of age. They must also have professional experience between 20-27 years.
Professional Exposure requirement: Applicant must be working as Deputy General manager or in the equivalent cadre. Applicant should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in any Indian or Foreign bank with exposure to Credit Risk for Large corporates, SME and Retails assets in policy and underwriting. Other forms of professional exposure should also include market risk, operational risk, regulatory risk, reputational risk, information security risk and enterprise risk.
i.) The CRO must have excellent leadership capabilities along with stature and maturity to lead the critical function of the Bank independently. ii.) CRO should have the ability to engage with the Board and with Senior Management on key risk issues. iii.) CRO should be a visionary to participate in key strategic decisions of the Bank and align ‘Risk’ function to achieve its goals and objectives. iv.) The CRO will be a ‘gatekeeper’ when necessary but otherwise a facilitator and enabler of business.
Probation Period: 1 year of Probation Period for those selected to the post.
