IFFCO Job profiles:
1.Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT):
IFFCO requires Agriculture Graduate Trainees (AGTs) for its Field Offices located in the States of Punjab,Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh Tamil Nadu & Kerala.
Eligibility: The candidate should possess Four Years B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full Time Regular Degree from a recognised university but those candidates whose final semester results are expected by June, 2017 can also apply.
Age limit: Candidates should be 30 years, as on 1st April, 2017.
Job Profle: The nature of duties and responsibilities of the incumbents in IFFCO involve extensive touring in Rural areas.
SERVICE BOND: On appointment, the Trainees would be required to furnish a service bond of Rs. 80,000/- for General & OBC candidates and Rs. 20,000/- for SC/ST candidates.
Salary/ Compensation: Presently, the stipend for AGT is about Rs. 31860/- p.m. On successful completion of one year’s training and subject to requirement of IFFCO, the AGTs may be absorbed at the basic pay of Rs.15450/- p.m. in the regular Pay Scale of Rs.15000-26250, and allowances/ benefits according to rules of IFFCO.
2. Accounts Personnel: IFFCO requires Accounts Personnel for its Marketing Field Offices & Plants located in various States of IFFCO across India.
CA (Inter)/ICMA (Inter) after B.Com
Qualified CA/ICMA candidates need not apply.
Experience : Minimum 2 years in Finance and Accounts with a large/reputed Organisation excluding Articleship period.
Age limit : 30 years, as on 1st April, 2017. Upper Age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST category and 3 years for OBC category not belonging to creamy layer.
Compensation: Selected candidates may be offered the post of Accounts Assistant/Accountant in the pay scale of 14,500-25,500 /16,000-28,000 respectively. In addition, they will be entitled to other allowances/benefits as per the rules of IFFCO. The CTC will be approximately 5-6 Lakhs P.A.
Selection Procedure: Eligible and shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for Computer based On-Line Test at the designated Centres decided by IFFCO depending on the number of candidates. Only those candidates will be called for personal interview who are short-listed on the basis of their performance in the online test. Qualified CA/ICMA candidates will not be eligible to appear for the Interview.
3. Graduate Engineer Apprentice:
IFFCO requires Graduate Engineer Apprenticeship under The Apprentices Act, 1961.
Qualification :- Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from recognized University / Institute in the disciplines of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Electronics.

All the above qualifications should be from the University / Institute recognized by UGC / AICTE. General /OBC candidates having minimum aggregate of 60% and SC/ST candidates having 55% of marks are eligible to apply. Candidates who have passed their degree prior to 2014 need not apply. The candidates who have undergone Apprenticeship training or job experience for a period of one year or more after attaining the above qualification shall be rejected.
Upper age limit :- 30 Years as on 1st April, 2017. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates not belonging to creamy layer.
Training Period :- The duration of training will be one year.
Compensation :- During Apprenticeship training, you will be paid consolidated stipend of Rs.15000 /- per month apart from other benefits as applicable to Apprentices of your category. The engagement is purely for Apprenticeship training for one year under the Apprentices Act, 1961. After completion of one year training, the apprentices will be released by IFFCO.
