 IBPS Clerk Salary after 11th Bipartite Settlement in 2015: 

Despite the recommendations for hike in pay by the 7th Pay Commission, it is the IBA or the Indian Banks association that will take the final call on hike for pay on bank employees. Most bank employees are waiting the IBA Bipartite Settlement. There is expected to be pay hike by 20-30% in the basic pay of Bank employees once the IBPS Clerk Salary. Indian Bank Association or IBA gives the final word on the pay scale for bank employees.  

  1. If IBA agrees for a 15% increment, then basic pay will be Rs. 14,733 and the gross salary of fresher will be Rs. 20,450/- 
  1. If IBA agrees for a 20% increment, the gross salary of a fresher clerk in a bank will be Rs. 21, 339/-. This is a result of a final basic pay that will be Rs. 15, 374 as a result of a nod from IBA.  
  1. If IBA agrees for a 25% increment, gross salary of a fresher clerk in a bank will be 22,228/-. This will be a result of a final basic pay that will be Rs. 16,015. 
  2. If IBA agrees for a 30% increment, the gross salary of the fresher clerk will be Rs. 23,117. This is a result of a final basic pay that will will be Rs. 16, 655. This is the best possible deal for bank employees.

7th Pay Commission for Bank Clerk:  

The salary of a Bank Clerk has seen monumental rise after the the 7th Pay commission in 2017. The new salary structure for bank jobs shall be valid from 1.11.2017, as the previous agreement was dated 11.2012. This is yet to come into effect and is waiting a final nod of the respective deciding bodies.
