The IBPS Clerk exam occurs in two stages: Prelims and Mains. Both the papers will be held in online mode. The exam pattern of IBPS Clerk Prelims is as follows-

The preliminary exam of IBPS Clerk CWE is an online exam testing a candidate on the basis of their aptitude, intellect and English. The IBPS Clerk exam pattern comprises of three sections and the candidate must clear the IBPS Clerk cut off of every section and overall cut off. The candidates who will be able to clear the IBPS Clerk prelims will be able to sit for the IBPS clerk mains exam. The time duration of solving the paper is of 1 hour. The composite marks of the paper is 100 and the exam pattern-

IBPS Clerk Mains Exam Pattern

The IBPS Clerk exam pattern 2017 has undergone major changes in the IBPS Clerk . The total duration and the number of questions asked in Mains Examination of IBPS Clerk 2017 Exam have been revised. In the latest update by IBPS, IBPS Clerk Mains Exam will now constitute of 190 questions that needs to be completed in a time frame of 160 minutes.

Previously, Computer Aptitude and Reasoning Ability Section used to be conducted separately. But, in the recent update by IBPS, both these sections are amalgamated together and will constitute of 50 questions that needs to be solved in a time duration of 45 minutes. Step 2: Click on CWE Clerical. After that, click on Common Written Examination for Clerical Cadre 7.

Step 3: Click on the link which says “Click here to apply online for CWE Clerical VII”.

Step 4: Click on “Click here for New Registration”.

Step 5: Provide your basic information which will help you register for the exam. You will be receiving a provisional registration number and system generated password post successful registration.

Step 6: You need to carefully fill in the application form of IBPS Clerk 2017. Click on “Save and Next” post verifying all the details provided by you. When you click on the FINAL SUBMIT button, you won’t be able to make any changes.

Step 7: Upload your photo and signature as per the prescribed format.

Step 8: Mention the state you wish to apply for. After you have submitted the details in this section, no further changes will be entertained.

Step 9: Make the payment online and keep a printout of the e-receipt and online application for future reference. You can do the payment via credit card/debit card/net banking.
