The FCI Selection Process for FCI Recruitment 2019 will consist of three phases; Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Personal Interview. Candidates can check the details for the Selection Process below in the article-

  • FCI Result for Phase 1 for all zones has been announced officially on July 08, 2019.
  • FCI released a total of 4103 vacancies for various posts.
  • FCI 2019 exam will be conducted on May 31, 2019, June 01, 02, 03, 2019 expectedly, candidates will get here the FCI Exam Analysis soon.
  • The candidates can check the FCI Exam Answer Key 2019, as to how to calculate and the deduction part of Exam Answers in the post.
  • Moreover, the FCI Exam takes place in two stages. The second stage has a higher difficulty level than the first one.

FCI Selection Process 2019

All the posts except Typist (Hindi) (Post Code – E)& Stenographer Grade – II (Post Code -C) will go through 3 staged selection process.

  • Phase I
  • Phase II
  • Document Verification

Typist (Hindi) (Post Code – E) & Stenographer Grade – II (Post Code -C) will go through 4 staged selection process. The skill test will be an additional skill required for these two posts mentioned here.

FCI Selection Process and Exam Pattern 2019

  • However, the online tests for FCI Recruitment will comprise Phase I & Phase II exams.
  • Phase I exam will be common for all the posts whereas the FCI Exam Pattern for phase II exam will vary according to various posts.
  • Below, we have mentioned the exam pattern for both- Phase I & Phase II examination.

  • However, phase I exam will objective in nature (Multiple Choice Questions).
  • Moreover, each question will carry 1 mark.
  • Each wrong answer will have a negative marking of ¼ of the mark assigned to that particular question.
  • Marks obtained in phase I exam will not be included while making final merit ranking.

This will be a subjective type test. Each question will carry 60 marks and the maximum marks for paper IV will be 120. Candidate must use be able to use following keyboard layouts;

Skill Test For Typist (Hindi) (Post Code – E)

  • However, the Skill Test for Typist in Hindi post will be qualifying in nature.
  • The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of Paper III

For Stenographer (Grade II) (Post Code – C)

  • Skill Test in typing and shorthand will be qualifying in nature.
  • However, the language for the skill test; (Typing and shorthand) will be in English.
  • The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of paper V subject to qualifying the Skill Test.

Document Verification – FCI Recruitment 2019

  • However, Applicants who will clear both online test and Skill test will be called for Document Verification stage as the next stage of the selection process.
  • Moreover, the total number who will be called for Document Verification will roughly be three times the number of advertised Vacancies.
