EPFO Application Form 2019

EPFO (Employee Provident Fund Organization) has commenced the application process for recruitment to the post of Assistant. Don’t miss on the chance to apply for the examination. The EPFO Assistant Recruitment will be done by the Ministry of Labor & Employment.

The last to fill the EPFO Application Form is June 25, 2019. The candidates who have submitted their applications shall be allowed to appear for EPFO Exam scheduled for July 30 and July 31, 2019

Aspirants can apply for the application form online through www.epfo.go.in. The application form is available to the students from 30 May to 25th June. Once the candidates have completed all formalities of filling up the application form then they can go for downloading the EPFO Assistant Admit Card.

EPFO Application Form Payment Method 

Successfully Complete your payment with the help of the following pointers-

• The EPFO Assistant Application form has the option to pay through popular online payment gateways which is aimed to be helpful to the candidates
• The candidate can avail any of these payment options: Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard /Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
• After the payment is made and the transaction is successful, an E-Receipt will be generated if you get no E-Receipt that means the transaction wasn’t successful and the payment was a failure. If this happens to you, try logging out, log-in again with your Provisional Registration number & password. Repeat the process of payment.
• Once you are done with the payment process, you are required to download & print the E-Receipt and the online application form containing the Fee-details.
• If an International card is used to make the payment, the bank will convert to Indian Ruppe depending on the existing market exchange rate.
• Security is essential when you are making the payment, do remember to log out and close the browser window when you have successfully made the payment.

How to Apply for EPFO Assistant Online Form 

Scan the following documents- 

-Photograph (4.5 cm X 3.5 cm)   

• Make sure the photograph with dimensions (4.5 cm X 3.5 cm)  is clearly visible and not very old.

-Signature 

• Sign with black ink on a piece of white paper and then scan the paper.
• Signature shouldn’t be in Capital Letters.

-Left Thumb Impression 

• The ink used should be blue or black and the paper/sheet needs to be white.
• The left thumb impression should be clear and should not be smudged.
• For people who don’t have a left thumb, the right thumb will be acceptable.

-Handwritten Declaration 

• The declaration should be written with black ink on white paper.
• You can use this reference as the declaration “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required”
• The declaration needs to be in the candidate’s handwriting and in English Only. Any other language used will not be considered valid.
• Visually impaired candidates can get the declaration typed and put their thumb impression on the document.

EPFO Exam Pattern & Selection Process

Phase 1 – Prelims 

• However, all sections have an allotted time limit of 20 Minutes
• For each wrong answer, there will be a markdown of 1/4th marks allotted to the question
• Due to the Time Sensitive nature of the examination, the main objective for a candidate should be to complete the sections within the time limit.
• EPFO shortlists 10 times the number of Total vacancies from Prelims to appear for the Mains.
• The Cut-Off is based on both the individual Section & the total marks obtained.

• Total Time allotted for this section is 45 Minutes
• This section appears on the candidate’s screen immediately after submitting the Objective Exam
