CWC Recruitment 2017 Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Hydrological Observation Circle, Central Water Commission is engaging aspirants to fill up 57 Vacant Positions of Group ‘C’ Non-gazetted Skilled Work Assistant Posts. Location of Job posting: Present posting shall be in the jurisdiction of Narmada Tapi basin Organization, Central Water Commission, Gandhinagar i.e., Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Daman & Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli with the liability to serve anywhere in India.
Positions: There are a total of 57 Vacancies for skilled Work Assistant.
Educational Qualification: Applicants must have Matriculation or ITI or equivalent from a recognized board or university, institution.
Age Limit: Applicant must be a minimum of 18 years of age or a maximum age for applicants is 30 years. Age relaxation is as per government rules
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates shall be called for a physical test for which, No TA/DA shall be given. The names of Shortlisted candidates shall also be displayed on CWC website. Final merit list shall be prepared for candidates who have qualified in the physical test. The probation period will be Two years.
Physical Endurance Test:
- Physical test of qualifying nature in respect of shortlisted candidates shall be carried out in following manners:
- Candidate should be able to carry 15 kg Fish weight for 500 Meters in 06 minutes without halting and
- Candidate should be able to swim 100 m without halting.
