The exam will be held on 25th November 2018. The official notification has released on 30th July 2018. CAT Exam Date and Other Important Dates 2018
This year too, like the last few years, the exam will be held in one day alone in two sessions.

Other Important Points
- This year, the exam will, likely, be conducted by IIM Calcutta or IIM Kozhikode.
- Through this exam, you can get admission into the top MBA colleges of India such as any of the IIMs, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, JBIMS, IMI, IMT, NITIE, etc.
- More than 2 lakh candidates will, likely, apply for the exam this year, based on last year’s data.
- You must target to score minimum 95 percentile in the exam. Also, you need to prepare with dedication and passion to be successful in this exam.

I HAVE 68% IN 10TH, 75% IN 12TH BUT ONLY 48% IN GRAD…SHOULD I PREPARE FOR CAT OR NOT..AND I BELONGS TO SC CATEGORY

You are eligible for CAT. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) categories need only 45% marks.
