Bank of Baroda has released results or list of candidates selected for Interview round of Specialist Officer Recruitment for a total of 428 vacancies for various posts under the SO Cadre.

The selection process will comprise of online test, for the post of Scale I, in the discipline of Sales, followed by GD/Interview of the shortlisted candidates.
For the posts in Scale-II, Scale III, Scale IV & Scale V applications will be shortlisted and candidates will then be called for GD/interview. However, for Scale II and Scale III, if the number of eligible applications received is large, the Bank reserves the right to hold an online test also.
The bank may, at its discretion, consider conducting of Psychometric Test / Group Discussion for different scales.
Online Test on 07.01.2018:
The structure of the online examination will be as follows:

- Things to Remember while going for Personal Interview: Personal Interview shall be conducted to assess the candidate’s personality, level of communication, clarity & problem solving innovativeness, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country, suitability for the post etc. The minimum qualifying marks for GD/PI would be 60% for General Category and 55% for Reserved Category. While appearing for GD/PI, the candidate should produce valid prescribed documents given below. In the absence of documents candidature of the candidates shall be canceled.
