Job Profile Bank of Baroda HR Wealth Management Recruitment 2017:

A. Group Head

  • Defining and Implementing corporate strategy for the affluent segment in the area in line with corporate vision and plan
  • Designing market and sales strategy for the area covering acquisition, management of existing client base, tracking and monitoring sales across business lines in his / her area
  • Manage, coach and mentor territory managers in achieving their KRA’s and outperforming the decided benchmarks
  • Engage with key clients (Individual and corporates) and help in driving key business deals and transactions
  • Build internal and external relationships to help create business development opportunities
  • Foster a performance led ethical culture in the Work place
  • Conducting Individual and Joint Performance reviews for all profiles reporting to him /her
  • Responsible for legal and compliance requirement being met in the region

B. Operations Head

  • Operations/client service through client service executives.
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of Wealth Management Solution.
  • Liaise with Senior Relationship Managers, Territory Heads and Group Heads for enhancing customer relationships.
  • Take Care of proper roll-out of wealth management solution within the Bank’s hierarchy

C. Territory Head

  • Define and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Monitoring, Tracking and reporting sales performance across revenue line
  • Measure the performance of RMs, Coaching and Mentoring the RMs and Acquisition Teams.
  • Stay updated on products, competition in the financial services domain
  • Building internal and external relationships and creating business development opportunities through referrals.

D. Senior Relationship Manager

  • Be Responsible for revenues on Liabilities and wealth management products.
  • Review customer wealth needs and proactively engage with the customer to understand their needs.
  • Organizing customer events to enhance customer bonding will also be taken care by you.
  • Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges etc. pro actively to the customer and ensure best services are provided to them.

E. Acquisition Manager

  • Present the various benefits and services of the Bank’s affluent proposition and a new initiative to clients and prospects with an objective of acquiring new accounts.
  • Responsible for getting Net New Assets (NNA) to the bank.
  • Organize events and prepare marketing materials for undertaking new acquisitions.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders such as product managers to ensure attractive or exclusive offers for the affluent segment.
  • Acquiring New to Bank (NTB) affluent relationships for the Bank will also be one of your responsibilities.

F. Client Service Executive:

  • Assist Relationship Manager to manage the Bank’s relationship with customers.
  • Another responsibility will be attending to client queries, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner and in keeping with established service standards.

The Bank of Baroda Salary for Wealth Management – HR is based on CTC and will depend on market standards. Salary will be based on educational qualifications, work experience of the person in the field of HR. While CTC is fixed, candidates are also eligible for Performance linked Variable Pay over and above the fixed salary if they achieve targets.
