The Government of Andhra Pradesh will conduct Andhra Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test 2017. The Andhra Pradesh TET or APTET 2017 is for candidates aspiring to become teachers in Primary (Class I – V) and upper Primary (VI-VIII) schools in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
APTET 2017 notification will be released by the Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh. TET is a compulsory examination for all candidates who are qualified in B.Ed as this is a pre-requisite for all B.Ed jobs in all government run schools and also in private management schools. Candidates can apply online for the exam.
The duration of the AP TET paper was 2 hours and 30 minutes and was organized by the School Education Department and the Government of Andhra Pradesh. It includes two papers Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 was held for candidates who want to become primary teachers for Class 1 to Class 5, while Paper 2 was for those who want to become teachers for Class 6 to Class 8.

APTET Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants need to check the eligibility criteria before applying for APTET 2017-2018.
All the candidates must complete their graduation from a recognized board of the university.
Candidates need to have a B.Ed degree from a recognized university.
Age limit: Candidates need to have a minimum age limit of 18 years and a maximum age limit of 40 years. Authority provides a age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay a application fee of Rs. 250 for all categories

APTET Hall tickets 2017:
Candidates will get their AP TET Exam Admit card 2017-18 by using their registration ID and Date of Birth. Candidates need to get a hard copy of their AP TET exam Admit card or hall ticket. Candidates who are not in possession of admit cards will not be allowed to enter the hall ticket.
