AILET Exam Analysis 2020 | Difficulty Level and and Questions Asked

AILET Exam Analysis 2020: AILET (NLU Delhi) exam concluded successfully on September 26, 2020. There were 150 questions in the exam. The total duration of the exam is 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes). Given below is the highlights of AILET Exam Analysis:

  • There was no change in the AILET Exam Pattern. The question paper followed the mentioned pattern.

What is the RPA (Remote Proctoring Online Assessment)?

NLU and NTA have jointly decided to conduct the AILET Written exam is online mode. The students will have to visit the center physically and appear for the exam.

The students have to strictly follow the norms of social distancing at the centers. The pattern remains unchanged for the exam.

All candidates got a choice from 125 designated center by reopening the Registration Process. The students who weren’t allocated the desired could report and get back the one they registered for previously.

Advantages of Remote Proctoring Assessment

With respect to conventional Exams, the RPA has a number of advantages, such as follows:

  • It saves assessing time in evaluating the answers submitted by the candidates, there is hardly a possibility of any error in assessment and assessment is instantaneous.
  • Scaling number of candidates for whom a Test is conducted can easily be done, test for few hundreds to lakhs of candidates/shift is easily achievable.
  • A highly secured system, full proof in handling Question Papers, it’s delivery and conduct of Tests across the country, almost no chances of impersonation.
  • Total transparency, candidates after the Test are offered ‘Answer Key Challenge’ (AKC) in which they are shown Questions, the Answer keyed by the candidate and the correct answer by NTA. If a candidate is not happy with the correct NTA answer, she/he can challenge it against payment of a fee and it shall get evaluated by a set of academicians. On evaluation, if found the candidate answer is correct, her/his score shall be improved and fee refund. The modified answer at the same time shall be implemented for all candidates.
  • Transparency is also maintained in preserving Audit Log of all candidates, the record of Biometrics etc.
