AFCAT Exam Cancelled at many Centers – AFCAT exam was successfully held on 25th February at many centers. But for some centers, the exam was canceled due to some technical issues. Read the details in the article.
AFCAT Exam Cancelled
AFCAT exam was successfully held at several exam centers on 25th February 2018. But at some exam centers, for some students, the day did not go well as AFCAT exam got canceled due to some inevitable technical glitches. Yes, you heard it right! “AFCAT Exam Cancelled “.It is obvious that all the preparation and expectation was shaken a little bit for all those students. But the good news is AFCAT is going to be conducted again and the candidates who were not able to attempt the exam will be issued revised admit cards.
What Actually Happened?
1. A lot of students were seen with a disappointment on their face. On being asked, they stated that they were not allowed to take the test by the management because of some technical issues.
2. Time shortage was seen as at many centers, students only got 1.5 hours instead of 2 hours. Reason being Technical issues again or shortage of electricity.
Note: This was the first failure when AFCAT Online Test conducted till now. It has been successfully conducted offline 14 times.

AFCAT exam was canceled at many centers on 25th February 2018. However, the accurate list has not been prepared by CDAC, but as per a survey, the exam was canceled at following centers:

AFCAT Lates Updates – What are next Steps?
- According to a recent notification released by IAF / CDAC; AFCAT will be conducted on another date for all the candidates whose AFCAT exam got cancelled.
- The new exam date will be announced by email to all the candidates.
- Therefore, candidates should regularly check their registered email ID, the one they used to apply for AFCAT 2018, regularly to know the new date of exam.
- Last but not the least, along with the release of new admit cards, the exam centres would also probably change. The new exam centre assigned to them, if CDAC/IAF assigns new centre, will be informed through AFCAT 2018 revised admit card.
