The recruitment of Accenture consists of three rounds-

  • Aptitude Test
  • Group Discussion
  • Interview (Technical & HR)

Let us discuss each round in detail-

Aptitude Test-

In the aptitude test, each student receives a different set of questions yet in the same pattern/ type. Each student gets different questions in the same pattern/type. The candidate has to pass this round to proceed for other rounds. No provisions for negative marking or sectional cut-offs. But, there is a provision of overall cut- off.

Group Discussion-

The written test is followed by a group discussion round. The candidates are allotted with a topic and with a time span of 15- 20 mins. The candidates need to discuss with the group members about the topic. In this round, the candidates are assessed based on their leadership skills, interacting skills and listening skills.

Interview-

In the technical round, candidates are assessed on the basis of their areas of interest (JAVA, Computer Networking, Programming, Oracle Apps, etc.). You can also get questions based on projects they have worked on.

HR round-

A face-to-face interview to analyse student’s behavior, interpersonal skills, personality, etc. Students will get questions based on situations and conditions and will be judged based on their reaction to the situations given. Their patience level while handling adverse conditions will also be observed.

Your involvement in team work, willingness to reallocate and willingness to work in shifts will also be tested.
