भारत भर में मनाया जाता है जन औषधि सप्ताह 2020: 50,000 सुविधा सेनेटरी नैपकिन:

• भारत 1 से 7 मार्च 2020 तक जनशादी सप्ताह का अवलोकन कर रहा है।
• 6200 से अधिक प्रधानमंत्री भारतीयों के मालिकों द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से सप्ताह मनाया जा रहा है
• स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए जनऔषधि केंद्र। घटनाओं में से एक को id सुविधा से सम्मन ’विषय पर केंद्रित किया गया था।

सरकार ने LLP निपटान योजना 2020 शुरू की:

• केंद्र सरकार ने हाल ही में रजिस्ट्रार के साथ आवश्यक दस्तावेज दाखिल करने के लिए एकमुश्त विस्तार के लिए LLP सेटलमेंट स्कीम 2020 की शुरुआत की।
• यह योजना 16 मार्च, 2020 को लागू होगी और इसे 13 जून, 2020 तक लागू किया जाएगा।
• इस योजना के तहत, डिफॉल्ट करने वाले LLP को फॉर्म 3, फॉर्म 4, फॉर्म 8 और फॉर्म 11 भरने की अनुमति होगी।

राष्ट्रपति ने 61 वें ललित कला अकादमी पुरस्कार प्रदान किए:

• राष्ट्रपति राम नाथ कोविंद ने 4 मार्च, 2020 को राष्ट्रपति भवन, नई दिल्ली में 61 वें वार्षिक ललित कला अकादमी पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया।
• कुल 15 कलाकारों को अनूप कुमार मंजुखी गोपी, सतविंदर कौर, यशपाल सिंह, यशवंत सिंह और अन्य पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया गया।
• इन कलाकारों के कार्यों को 22 मार्च, 2020 तक ललित कला अकादमी की दीर्घाओं में कला की राष्ट्रीय प्रदर्शनी में प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा।

 सरकार पुल और अंडरपास द्वारा राजमार्गों पर सभी स्तर के क्रॉसिंग को बदलने का निर्णय:

• केंद्र सरकार ने दिसंबर 2020 तक सेतु भारतम योजना के तहत पुलों या अंडरपास द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर सभी स्तर के क्रॉसिंग को बदलने का निर्णय लिया है।
• इस कदम से राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर सुगम यातायात प्रबंधन को सक्षम करने के अलावा सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की संभावना को कम करने की उम्मीद है।

 भारतीय सेना का अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी "प्रज्ञान कॉन्क्लेव 2020" शुरू:

• भारतीय सेना का अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी "प्रज्ञान कॉन्क्लेव 2020" मानेकशॉ केंद्र, नई दिल्ली में शुरू हुआ है। सेमिनार का आयोजन सेंटर फॉर लैंड वारफेयर स्टडीज (CLAWS) द्वारा किया गया है।
• प्रज्ञान कॉन्क्लेव 2020 सेमिनार ने राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विशेषज्ञों को Character लैंड वारफेयर की बदलती विशेषताओं और सैन्य पर इसके प्रभाव ’के जटिल विषय पर चर्चा करने के लिए एकजुट किया।
• इसने उभरते विचारों, दृष्टिकोणों और कथनों पर विचार-विमर्श के लिए एक मंच प्रदान किया जो 'नई आयु वारफेयर' को परिभाषित करता है।

बैंकिंग और अर्थव्यवस्था

क्रिप्टोकरेंसी  में RBI के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लगाई रोक:

• सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बिटकॉइन जैसी क्रिप्टोकरेंसी में ट्रेडिंग के लिए भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक पर प्रतिबंध हटा दिया है।
• इंटरनेट और मोबाइल एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया (IMAI) द्वारा दायर एक याचिका पर फैसला आया, जो RBI प्रतिबंध को हटाने के लिए कह रहा है।
• RBI ने बैंकों को 2018 में आभासी मुद्राओं के उपयोग की सुविधा से प्रतिबंधित कर दिया था।

नाबार्ड ने चालू वित्त वर्ष के दौरान ग्रामीण बैंकिंग प्रणाली में 1.46 लाख करोड़ रुपये का निवेश किया है:

• राष्ट्रीय कृषि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक (NABARD) ने चालू वित्त वर्ष के दौरान ग्रामीण बैंकिंग प्रणाली में 46 लाख करोड़ रुपये का निवेश किया है।
• नाबार्ड ने कहा है कि अल्पकालिक ऋण में 66,397 करोड़ रुपये और ग्रामीण सहकारी बैंकों को दीर्घकालिक ऋण में 6,704 करोड़ रुपये दिए गए हैं।

नियुक्ति और इस्तीफे

सुधांशु पांडे ने MMTC लिमिटेड के नए CMD के रूप में कार्यभार संभाला:

• वाणिज्य विभाग में अतिरिक्त सचिव सुधांशु पांडे ने MMTC लिमिटेड के अध्यक्ष और प्रबंध निदेशक के रूप में अतिरिक्त प्रभार ग्रहण किया है।
• उनके पूर्ववर्ती वेद प्रकाश।

Janaushadhi Week 2020 celebrated across India: 50,000 Suvidha Sanitary Napkins distributed:

• India is observing the Janaushadhi week from 1st to 7th March 2020.
• The week is being observed through the events organised by the owners of over 6200 Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya
• Janaushadhi Kendras to raise awareness about health and hygiene. One of the events was focussed on the theme ‘Suvidha Se Sammaan’.

Government launches LLP settlement Scheme 2020:

• The Central Government recently launched the LLP Settlement Scheme 2020 for the one-time extension for filing the required documents with the Registrar.
• The scheme will come into force on March 16, 2020 and will be implemented till June 13, 2020.
• Under the scheme, the defaulting LLPs will be allowed to fill Form 3, Form 4, Form 8 and Form 11.

President confers 61st Lalit Kala Akademi Awards:

• President Ram Nath Kovind on March 4, 2020 conferred the 61st annual Lalit Kala Akademi Awards at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi.
• A total of 15 artists were bestowed with the awards including Anoop Kumar Manzukhi Gopi, Satwinder Kaur, Yashpal Singh, Yashwant Singh and others.
• The works of these artists will be displayed at the National Exhibition of Art at the Lalit Kala Akademi galleries till March 22, 2020.

Government to replace all level crossings on Highways by bridges & underpasses:

• The Central Government has decided to replace all level crossings on the National Highways by bridges or underpasses under the Setu Bharatam Scheme by December 2020.
• The move is expected to enable smooth traffic management on the national highways besides drastically reducing the chances of road accidents.

Indian Army’s International Seminar “Pragyan Conclave 2020” begins:

• The Indian Army’s International Seminar “Pragyan Conclave 2020” has begin at Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi. The seminar has been organised by Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS).
• The Pragyan Conclave 2020 seminar united the national and international experts to discuss the complex topic of ‘Changing Characteristics of Land Warfare and its Impact on the Military’.
• It also provided a platform for discussions on emerging ideas, perspectives and narratives that define the ‘New Age Warfare’.

BANKING AND ECONOMY

Supreme Court lifts ban on RBI for dealing in Cryptocurrency:

• The Supreme Court has lifted the ban on the Reserve Bank of India for trading in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin.
• The ruling came on a plea filed by the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IMAI), asking for the removal of RBI ban.
• The RBI had restricted the banks from facilitating the use of virtual currencies in 2018.

NABARD infuses Rs 1.46 lakh cr in rural banking system during current fiscal:

• National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has infused 46 lakh crore rupees in the rural banking system during the current fiscal.
• NABARD has stated that 66,397 crore rupees have been given in short-term credit and 6,704 crore rupees in long-term credit to rural cooperative banks.

Sudhanshu Pandey takes charge as new CMD of MMTC Ltd:

• Additional Secretary at the Department of Commerce Sudhanshu Pandey has assumed additional charge as Chairman and Managing Director of MMTC Ltd.
• His predecessor Ved Prakash.
• Pandey currently discharges functions as the Chief Negotiator of India.
