भारत, मालदीव और श्रीलंका ने पहली बार कोलंबो सुरक्षा सम्मेलन आयोजित किया

• भारतीय नौसेना के जहाजों और विमानों ने श्रीलंका और मालदीव के साथ हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र में समुद्री सुरक्षा बढ़ाने के लिए पहली बार कोलंबो सुरक्षा कॉन्क्लेव (सीएससी) केंद्रित ऑपरेशन में भाग लिया, दो दिवसीय सम्मेलन का रविवार को समापन हुआ।
• सम्मेलन के दौरान हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र में भारत, मालदीव और श्रीलंका की प्रमुख समुद्री सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के बीच अभ्यास आयोजित किया गया।

 पेट्र फियाला को चेक गणराज्य के प्रधान मंत्री के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया

• पेत्र फियाला को राष्ट्रपति मिलोस जेमन ने चेक गणराज्य के नए प्रधान मंत्री के रूप में शपथ दिलाई। फियाला, 57, तीन-पक्षीय गठबंधन टुगेदर (सिविक डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी, क्रिश्चियन डेमोक्रेट्स, टॉप 09 पार्टी) के प्रमुख हैं, जिसने अक्टूबर की शुरुआत में 27.8% वोट हासिल किए। फियाला ने एंड्रेज बाबिस की जगह ली है। गठबंधन ने अरबपति बाबिस के नेतृत्व वाले एएनओ आंदोलन को संकीर्ण रूप से हराया। महापौरों और निर्दलीय उम्मीदवारों का मध्यमार्गी समूह और वामपंथी समुद्री डाकू पार्टी बाबिस को हटाने के लिए फियाला के गठबंधन में शामिल हो गए, जिन्होंने 2017 से प्रधान मंत्री के रूप में कार्य किया था।

दिल्ली के डिप्टी सीएम मनीष सिसोदिया ने 'स्मार्ट अर्बन फार्मिंग एक्सपो' का उद्घाटन किया

• उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने शनिवार को दो दिवसीय स्मार्ट अर्बन फार्मिंग एक्सपो का उद्घाटन किया, जिसका आयोजन दिल्ली के डायलॉग एंड डेवलपमेंट कमीशन (डीडीसी) द्वारा अर्बन ग्रो, इंडियन सोसाइटी ऑफ एग्रीकल्चरल इंजीनियर्स (आईएसएई) और इंडियन सोसाइटी ऑफ एग्रीकल्चरल इंजीनियर्स की साझेदारी में किया जा रहा है।
• राजधानी में शहरी खेती को बड़े पैमाने पर अपनाने की दिशा में आंदोलन शुरू करने के लिए 27-28 नवंबर को थायगराज स्टेडियम, आईएनए, दिल्ली में भारत का पहला विशिष्ट शहरी कृषि मेला आयोजित किया जा रहा है। एक्सपो में शहरी कृषि के नए मोर्चे, इससे जुड़े तकनीकी बागवानी-इंजीनियरिंग, व्यवसाय, आर्थिक, सामाजिक और पर्यावरणीय पहलुओं पर सत्र शामिल हैं।

• भारतीय रेलवे मणिपुर में विश्‍व का सबसे ऊंचा घाट रेलवे पुल का निर्माण कर रहा है। मणिपुर में रेलवे की महत्वाकांक्षी परियोजना जिरीबाम-इम्फाल रेलवे लाइन का हिस्सा है, जो अंततः पूर्वोत्तर राज्य को देश के बाकी हिस्सों से जोड़ने के लिए बनाई जा रही एक नई ब्रॉड गेज लाइन का हिस्सा है। वर्तमान में, यूरोप में मोंटेनेग्रो में निर्मित 139 मीटर ऊंचे माला-रिजेका वायडक्ट के पास सबसे ऊंचे घाट पुल का रिकॉर्ड है।

 चेरी ब्लॉसम फेस्टिवल 2021 मेघालय में मनाया गया

• तीन दिवसीय शिलांग चेरी ब्लॉसम फेस्टिवल 2021 का उद्घाटन मेघालय के मुख्यमंत्री कॉनराड के संगमा और भारत में जापान के राजदूत सतोशी सुजुकी ने किया। यह 25 नवंबर से 27 नवंबर तक मनाया गया। यह उत्सव मेघालय में दो स्थानों, वार्ड लेक और पोलो ग्राउंड में आयोजित किया गया था। वार्षिक उत्सव चेरी ब्लॉसम फूलों के वास्तविक खिलने के साथ मेल खाता है। इसे प्रूनस सेरासाइड्स के रूप में भी जाना जाता है, ये फूल हिमालय को रेखांकित करते हैं और पूर्व और पश्चिम खासी पहाड़ियों को कवर करते हैं।

 भारत के सबसे उद्देश्यपूर्ण ब्रांडों का Kantar का 2021 संस्करण

• Kantar की BrandZ इंडिया 2021 की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, अमेज़न, टाटा टी और एशियन पेंट्स भारत में क्रमशः प्रौद्योगिकी, FMCG और गैर-FMCG श्रेणियों में सबसे अधिक उद्देश्यपूर्ण ब्रांड के रूप में उभरे हैं। टेक्नोलॉजी रैंकिंग में अमेज़न पहले स्थान पर है जिसके बाद ज़ोमैटो, यूट्यूब और गूगल और स्विग्गी संयुक्त रूप से चौथे स्थान पर हैं।
• जबकि एशियन पेंट्स गैर-एफएमसीजी रैंकिंग में सबसे ऊपर है, सैमसंग और जियो संयुक्त रूप से दूसरे स्थान पर हैं, इसके बाद एमआरएफ है। एफएमसीजी श्रेणी की रैंकिंग में टाटा टी शीर्ष पर, सर्फ एक्सेल दूसरे स्थान पर रहा।

असम के मुख्यमंत्री ने असम सूक्ष्म वित्त प्रोत्साहन और राहत योजना 2021 की शुरूआत की

• असम सरकार ने रविवार को राज्य में 24 लाख महिलाओं को राहत देने के लिए सूक्ष्म वित्त ऋण माफी योजना शुरू की।
• मुख्यमंत्री डॉ हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने सोनितपुर जिले के कॉलेजिएट एचएस स्कूल, तेजपुर में असम सूक्ष्म वित्त प्रोत्साहन और राहत योजना, 2021 का शुभारंभ किया।
• हेमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने कार्यक्रम के दौरान औपचारिक रूप से पांच महिला लाभार्थियों को 25,000 रुपये के चेक वितरित किए।

विवेक जौहरी CBIC के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त

• वरिष्ठ नौकरशाह विवेक जौहरी को केंद्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर और सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड (सीबीआईसी) के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है, कार्मिक मंत्रालय द्वारा रविवार को जारी एक आदेश में कहा गया है। 1985-बैच के भारतीय राजस्व सेवा (सीमा शुल्क और अप्रत्यक्ष कर) अधिकारी जौहरी वर्तमान में बोर्ड में सदस्य के रूप में कार्यरत हैं।

बजाज आलियांज ने 'ड्रोन बीमा' उत्पादों को वितरित करने के लिए ट्रोपोगो से समझौता किया

• बजाज आलियांज जनरल इंश्योरेंस ने ड्रोन बीमा उत्पाद के वितरण के लिए डीप-टेक स्टार्टअप ट्रोपोगो के साथ अपनी साझेदारी की घोषणा की। इसके साथ बजाज आलियांज जनरल इंश्योरेंस ड्रोन कवर देने वाला चौथा बीमाकर्ता बन गया है। एचडीएफसी एर्गो जून 2020 में ड्रोन बीमा कवर लॉन्च करने वाला पहला बीमाकर्ता था, इसके बाद अगस्त 2021 में आईसीआईसीआई लोम्बार्ड और पिछले महीने टाटा एआईजी था।
• ड्रोन बीमा उत्पाद ड्रोन और पेलोड नुकसान को कवर करेगा, इसमें थर्ड पार्टी लायबिलिटी, बीवीएलओएस (बियॉन्ड विजुअल लाइन ऑफ साइट) एंडोर्समेंट और नाइट फ्लाइंग एंडोर्समेंट शामिल हैं।

Indian , Maldives and Sri Lanka hold first ever Colombo security conclave

• The ships and aircraft of the Indian Navy participated in the first-ever Colombo Security Conclave (CSC) Focused Operation to enhance maritime security in the Indian Ocean region, along with Sri Lanka and the Maldives, a statement from the Indian Navy said on Sunday. The two-day conclave concluded on Sunday.
• During the conclave, exercises were conducted between the lead maritime security agencies of India, Maldives and Sri Lanka in the Indian Ocean region.

 Petr Fiala appointed as the Prime Minister of Czech Republic

• Petr Fiala has been sworn in as the new Prime Minister of the Czech Republic by President Milos Zeman. Fiala, 57, heads the three-party coalition Together (Civic Democratic Party, Christian Democrats, TOP 09 party), which garnered 27.8% of the vote in early October. Fiala succeeds Andrej Babis. The alliance narrowly defeated the ANO movement led by billionaire Babis. The centrist group of the Mayors and Independents and the left-wing Pirate Party joined with Fiala’s coalition to remove Babis, who had served as prime minister since 2017.

Delhi deputy cm Manish Sisodia inaugurates 'Smart Urban Farming Expo'

• Deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia inaugurated the two-day Smart Urban Farming Expo on Saturday, which is being organised by the Dialogue and Development Commission of Delhi (DDC), in partnership with Urban Gro, Indian Society Of Agricultural Engineers (ISAE) and Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI).
• India’s first specialised urban farming fair is being organised in Thayagaraj Stadium, INA, Delhi, on November 27-28 to start a movement towards mass adoption of urban farming in the capital. The expo includes sessions on the new frontiers of urban agriculture, its associated technical horti-engineering, business, economic, social and environmental aspects.

• The Indian Railways is constructing the tallest pier railway bridge of the world in Manipur. The ambitious project of the Railways in Manipur is part of the Jiribam-Imphal railway line, which ultimately is part of a new broad gauge line being constructed to connect the northeastern state with the rest of the country. Currently, the tallest pier bridge record is held by 139-metre high Mala-Rijeka viaduct built at Montenegro in Europe.

 Cherry Blossom Festival 2021 celebrated in Meghalaya

• The three-day Shillong Cherry Blossom Festival 2021 was inaugurated by Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad K Sangma, and Ambassador of Japan to India, Satoshi Suzuki. It was celebrated from November 25 to 27. The festival was held in two venues, Ward’s Lake and Polo Grounds in Meghalaya. The annual festival coincides with the actual blooming of the cherry blossom flowers. It is also known as the Prunus Cerasoides, these flowers underline the Himalayas and cover the east and west Khasi hills.

 Kantar's 2021 edition of India's most purposeful brands

• According to Kantar’s BrandZ India 2021 report, Amazon, Tata Tea and Asian Paints emerged as the most purposeful brands in India across technology, FMCG, and non-FMCG categories respectively. In technology ranking Amazonleads the index followed by Zomato, YouTube, and Google, and Swiggy jointly in 4th place.
• While Asian Paints topped the non-FMCG rankings, Samsung and Jio ranked jointly in the 2nd position, followed by MRF. The FMCG category rankings saw Tata Tea topping the chart, Surf Excel in 2nd position.

Assam CM launches Assam Micro Finance Incentive and Relief Scheme 2021

• Assam government on Sunday rolled out the microfinance loan waiver scheme to give relief to 24 lakh women in the state.
• Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma launched the Assam Micro Finance Incentive and Relief Scheme, 2021, at Collegiate HS School, Tezpur in Sonitpur district.
• Himanta Biswa Sarma ceremonially distributed cheques of Rs 25,000 to five women beneficiaries during the programme.

Vivek Johri Appointed as the chairman of CBIC

• Senior bureaucrat Vivek Johri has been appointed as the chairman of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), an order issued on Sunday by the personnel ministry said. Johri, a 1985-batch Indian Revenue Service (Customs and Indirect Taxes) officer, is currently working as the member in the board.

Bajaj Allianz ties up TropoGo to distribute ‘drone insurance’ products

• Bajaj Allianz General Insurance announced its partnership with deep-tech startup TropoGo for the distribution of a drone Insurance product. With this Bajaj Allianz General Insurance becomes the 4th insurer to offer drone cover. HDFC Ergo was the first insurer to launch a drone insurance cover in June 2020, followed by ICICI Lombard in August 2021, and Tata AIG last month.
• The drone insurance product will cover Damage to the Drone and Payload it carries Third Party Liability, BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) Endorsement, and Night Flying Endorsement.
