सरकार ने इमरजेंसी क्रेडिट लाइन गारंटी योजना को 30 जून, 2021 तक बढ़ाया

• केंद्र सरकार ने इमरजेंसी क्रेडिट लाइन गारंटी योजना (ECLGS 3.0) को 30 जून, 2021 तक तीन महीने के लिए या ऐसे समय तक बढ़ा दिया है जब तक कि योजना के तहत 3 लाख करोड़ रुपये मंजूर किए गए हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, सरकार ने आर्थिक पुनरुत्थान की दिशा में आगे बढ़ने के लिए ECLGS योजना में कुछ संशोधन भी किए हैं।

संशोधित नियम:

• ऋण की सीमा 29 फरवरी, 2020 तक बकाया ऋणों के 40 प्रतिशत तक बढ़ा दी गई है। यह सीमा पहले 20 प्रतिशत थी।
• यह योजना अब उधारकर्ताओं को 500 करोड़ रुपये तक के कुल ऋण के साथ कवर करेगी, जो कि 30 दिनों के पहले की तुलना में 29 दिन 2020 तक 60 दिनों या उससे कम के ओवरड्यू के साथ होगी।
• ईसीएलजीएस 3.0 के तहत दिए गए ऋणों का कार्यकाल 6 वर्ष है और मूलधन के पुनर्भुगतान पर 2 वर्ष की अधिस्थगन अवधि है। ECLGS 2.0 में, कार्यकाल 12-महीने के स्थगन के साथ पांच वर्ष था।
• इसके अलावा, योजना ने एमएलआई (सदस्य ऋण देने वाली संस्थाओं) को एक प्रोत्साहन भी प्रदान किया है ताकि पात्र लाभार्थियों को अतिरिक्त धन की सुविधा उपलब्ध हो सके।
• ईसीएलजीएस को एमएसएमई, व्यवसाय उद्यमों, व्यावसायिक उद्देश्यों के लिए व्यक्तिगत ऋण और MUDRA उधारकर्ताओं के लिए पूरी तरह से गारंटी और संपार्श्विक-मुक्त अतिरिक्त क्रेडिट प्रदान करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार के आत्मनिर्भर भारत पैकेज के हिस्से के रूप में घोषित किया गया था।

IIM जम्मू में शिक्षा मंत्री ने किया 'आनंदम: द सेंटर फॉर हैपिनेस' का उद्घाटन

• केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री, रमेश पोखरियाल ने भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान (IIM), जम्मू में "आनंदम: द सेंटर फॉर हैपिनेस" का वर्चुअली उद्घाटन किया है। यह केंद्र लोगों को मानसिक तनाव को दूर करने और सकारात्मकता फैलाने में मदद करेगा और यह IIM जम्मू में सभी हितधारकों के लिए समग्र विकास को प्रोत्साहित और प्रचारित करेगा। लेफ्टिनेंट गवर्नर, जम्मू और कश्मीर, मनोज सिन्हा; संस्थापक, आर्ट ऑफ लिविंग फाउंडेशन, श्री श्री रविशंकर ने इस अवसर की वर्चुअली शोभा बढ़ाई।

• यूएस की बच्चों की प्रसिद्ध लेखक, बेवर्ली क्लीरी का निधन हो गया। उन्हें कांग्रेस की लाइब्रेरी द्वारा 2000 में लिविंग लेजेंड नामित किया गया था।
• 2003 में, उन्हें नेशनल मेडल ऑफ़ आर्ट्स के विजेताओं में से एक चुना गया था। लेखक, जिनके ओरेगन बचपन की यादें रमोना और बीज़स क्विमबी और हेनरी हगिन्स की पसंद के माध्यम से लाखों लोगों के साथ साझा की गईं।

उत्कल दिवस या ओडिशा दिवस : 1 अप्रैल

• एक स्वतंत्र राज्य के रूप में पहचान के लिए संघर्ष के बाद ओडिशा राज्य के गठन को याद करने के लिए प्रति वर्ष 1 अप्रैल को उत्कल दिवस या उत्कल दिबासा मनाया जाता है। ब्रिटिश शासन के तहत, ओडिशा बंगाल प्रेसीडेंसी का हिस्सा था, जिसमें वर्तमान के बिहार, पश्चिम बंगाल और ओडिशा शामिल थे। राज्य को मूल रूप से उड़ीसा कहा जाता था लेकिन लोकसभा ने इसका नाम बदल कर ओड़िशा करने के लिए मार्च 2011 में उड़ीसा विधेयक और संविधान विधेयक (113 वां संशोधन) पारित किया।
• मौर्य शासन के विस्तार के लिए 261 ईसा पूर्व में मगध राजा अशोक द्वारा विजय प्राप्त करने के बाद यह क्षेत्र कलिंग का हिस्सा बन गया। मौर्य शासन के बाद, ओडिशा में राजा खारवेल का शासन शुरू हुआ। मगध को हराकर खारवेल मौर्य आक्रमण का बदला लेने में कामयाब रहा। इतिहासकारों ने खारवेल को कला, वास्तुकला और मूर्तिकला की भूमि के रूप में ओडिशा की प्रसिद्धि के लिए नींव रखने का श्रेय दिया है। उन्होंने एक शक्तिशाली राजनीतिक राज्य स्थापित करने में भी कामयाबी हासिल की।
• गजपति मुकुंददेव ओडिशा के अंतिम हिंदू राजा थे। वह 1576 में मुगलों द्वारा पराजित हुए थे। कुछ सौ वर्ष बाद, अंग्रेजों ने राज्य का अधिग्रहण कर लिया और राज्य को अलग-अलग हिस्सों में विभाजित कर दिया। राज्य के उत्तरी और पश्चिमी जिले उस समय की बंगाल प्रेसीडेंसी का हिस्सा बन गए।
• ओडिशा के नए प्रांत का गठन लोगों के निरंतर संघर्ष के बाद किया गया था, जो अंततः 1 अप्रैल, 1936 को अस्तित्व में आया। सर जॉन हबबक राज्य के पहले गवर्नर थे। उस आंदोलन के उल्लेखनीय नेता उत्कल गौरव- मधुसूदन दास, उत्कल मणि- गोपबंधु दास, फकीर मोहन सेनापति, पंडित नीलकंठ दास, और कई अन्य हैं।

इंटरनेशनल ट्रांसजेंडर डे ऑफ़ विजिबिलिटी: 31 मार्च

• इंटरनेशनल ट्रांसजेंडर डे ऑफ़ विजिबिलिटी प्रति वर्ष 31 मार्च को वैश्विक स्तर पर मनाया जाता है। यह दिन ट्रांसजेंडर लोगों की सराहना के लिए और दुनिया भर में ट्रांसजेंडर लोगों के साथ होने वाले भेदभाव के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ समाज में उनके योगदान की प्रशंसा के लिए समर्पित है।
• इस दिन की स्थापना 2009 में मिशिगन के अमेरिका स्थित ट्रांसजेंडर कार्यकर्ता रशेल क्रैंडल ने की थी। ट्रांसजेंडर लोगों की LGBT मान्यता की कमी के लिए एक प्रतिक्रिया के रूप में, इस निराशा का हवाला देते हुए कि केवल प्रसिद्ध ट्रांसजेंडर-केंद्रित दिन ट्रांसजेंडर डे ऑफ़ रेमेम्ब्रंस था, जिसने ट्रांसजेंडर लोगों की हत्याओं पर शोक व्यक्त किया, लेकिन ट्रांसजेंडर समुदाय के जीवित सदस्यों को स्वीकार और प्रशंसा नहीं की, इस दिन की स्थापना की गई। पहला इंटरनेशनल ट्रांसजेंडर डे ऑफ़ विजिबिलिटी 31 मार्च, 2009 को मनाया गया था। इसके बाद से यू.एस.-आधारित युवा वकालत संगठन ट्रांस स्टूडेंट एजुकेशनल रिसोर्सेज द्वारा इसका नेतृत्व किया गया।

डॉ. शरणकुमार लिंबाले को मिला 2020 का सरस्वती सम्मान

• प्रसिद्ध मराठी लेखक डॉ. शरणकुमार लिंबाले को उनकी पुस्तक सनातन (Sanatan) के लिए सरस्वती सम्मान, 2020 प्राप्त होगा। पुरस्कार में पंद्रह लाख रुपये, एक प्रशस्ति पत्र और एक पट्टिका है।केके बिड़ला फाउंडेशन द्वारा 1991 में स्थापित सरस्वती सम्मान को देश में सबसे प्रतिष्ठित और सर्वोच्च साहित्यिक पुरस्कार के रूप में मान्यता प्राप्त है।
• डॉ. लिंबाले का सनातन 2018 में प्रकाशित किया गया है। सनातन, दलित संघर्ष का एक महत्वपूर्ण सामाजिक और ऐतिहासिक दस्तावेज है। ऑल इंडिया रेडियो से पहली बार बोलते हुए, डॉ. लिंबाले बहुत भावुक थे क्योंकि उन्होंने सार्वजनिक प्रसारक के साथ अपना करियर शुरू किया था।

मैगी ओफ़ारेल के 'हेमनेट' ने फ़िक्शन के लिए बुक क्रिटिक्स अवार्ड जीता

• जीत थाइल ने "नेम्स ऑफ द वूमेन" नामक एक पुस्तक लिखी है। इस पुस्तक में उन महिलाओं का उल्लेख किया गया है जिनकी भूमिकाएँ गॉस्पेल में दबा दी गईं, कम कर दी गईं या मिटा दी गईं।
• जीत थाइल एक प्रसिद्ध लेखक हैं, जिन्हें उनकी पुस्तक 'नार्कोपोलिस (Narcopolis)' के लिए जाना जाता है, जिसे मैन बुकर पुरस्कार 2012 के लिए चुना गया था और दक्षिण एशियाई साहित्य के लिए DSC पुरस्कार जीता था। उनकी सबसे हालिया पुस्तक 'लो (Low)' 2020 में रिलीज़ हुई थी।

वित्त वर्ष 2022 की पहली छमाही में सरकार का बाजार 7.24 लाख करोड़ रुपये

• सरकार ने महामारी से प्रभावित अर्थव्यवस्था को पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए संसाधनों को पूरा करने के लिए 2021-22 (FY22) की पहली छमाही में 7.24 लाख करोड़ रुपये उधार लेने का फैसला किया है। यह उधार वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 के लिए अनुमानित सकल जारी करने का 60.06 प्रतिशत है।
• बजट 2021-22 के अनुसार, अनुमानित सकल उधारी 01 अप्रैल, 2021 से शुरू होने वाले वित्तीय वर्ष में 12.05 लाख करोड़ रुपये आंकी गई है। सरकार अपने राजकोषीय घाटे को दिनांकित प्रतिभूतियों और ट्रेजरी बिलों के माध्यम से निधि देने के लिए बाजार से धन जुटाती है।

RBI ने ऑटो-डेबिट भुगतानों को 6 महीने के लिए संसाधित करने की समय सीमा को बढ़ाया

• भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक (RBI) ने ऑनलाइन लेनदेन के प्रसंस्करण की समयसीमा को 6 महीने से बढ़ाकर 30 सितंबर, 2021 कर दिया है। इससे पहले दिसंबर 2020 में, RBI ने RRB, NBFC और पेमेंट गेटवे सहित सभी बैंकों को निर्देशित किया था कि आवर्ती का प्रसंस्करण कार्ड या प्रीपेड पेमेंट इंस्ट्रूमेंट्स (पीपीआई) या यूनिफाइड पेमेंट इंटरफेस (यूपीआई) का उपयोग करते हुए लेनदेन (घरेलू या क्रॉस-बॉर्डर) को 31 मार्च, 2021 से आगे नहीं बढ़ाया जाएगा, अगर वे अतिरिक्त कारक प्रमाणीकरण (एएफए) का अनुपालन नहीं करते हैं।
• इसका अर्थ है कि 30 अप्रैल, 2021 से, एएफए के अनुपालन नहीं करने वाली व्यवस्थाओं / प्रथाओं के तहत पुनर्भरण और उपयोगिता बिल सहित विभिन्न सेवाओं के लिए कोई स्वचालित आवर्ती भुगतान नहीं होना चाहिए था। हालांकि, बैंकों और भुगतान गेटवे ने स्वचालित पुनरावृत्ति भुगतान पर RBI के निर्देशों का पालन करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय मांगा था। इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए, RBI ने समयसीमा को आगे बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया।

सरकार ने 4 पीएसबी में 14,500 करोड़ रुपये के पूंजी निवेश की घोषणा की

• केंद्र सरकार ने 2020-21 में चार राज्य-स्वामित्व वाले उधारदाताओं जैसे कि सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक, बैंक ऑफ इंडिया और यूको बैंक में 14,500 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश करने की घोषणा की है। यह संचार चालू वित्त वर्ष 2020-21 के लिए सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों में 20,000 करोड़ रुपये के कुल पूंजीगत संचार को पूरा करेगा। इससे पहले दिसंबर 2020 में, इसने पंजाब और सिंध बैंक में 5,500 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश किया था।
• पुनर्पूंजीकरण बांड छह विभिन्न परिपक्वताओं के साथ जारी किए जाएंगे, और पात्र बैंकों द्वारा किए गए आवेदन के अनुसार राशि के लिए विशेष प्रतिभूतियां "सममूल्य पर" होंगी। भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक (RBI) द्वारा रखी गई अनिवार्य आरक्षित आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने, खराब ऋणों के लिए प्रावधान बनाने और अर्थव्यवस्था में मांग को पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए उधार चक्र शुरू करने के लिए बैंकों को पूंजी की आवश्यकता होती है।

यूनियन बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया ने लॉन्च किया “UNI - CARBON CARD”

• यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ने NPCI के Rupay प्लेटफॉर्म पर HPCL सह-ब्रांडेड क्रेडिट कार्ड "UNI - CARBON CARD" लॉन्च किया है। यह एक सबसे यूनिक कार्ड है, जिसे सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के सबसे बड़े बैंक में से एक, यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया और एचपीसीएल, जो फ्यूल रिटेल में अग्रणी और भारत का सबसे बड़ा कार्ड भुगतान नेटवर्क- Rupay के साथ मिलकर बनाया गया है। यह ग्राहकों के लिए मूल्य बनाने का अवसर पैदा करेगा।

लाभ:

• बैंक का पूरे भारत में 9590+ शाखाओं और 13280+ एटीएम का कुल नेटवर्क है, यह सह-ब्रांडेड क्रेडिट कार्ड बैंक का पहला संयुक्त उद्यम है।
• HPCL खुदरा दुकानों पर इस कार्ड का उपयोग करते समय, कार्डधारक को बैंक द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए ईंधन अधिभार की छूट के अलावा कैशबैक / रिवार्ड्स मिलते हैं।
• कार्डधारक NPCI द्वारा लाए गए कई मुफ्त उपहार और ऑफर का आनंद ले पाएंगे, जैसे कि मनोरंजन, लाइफस्टाइल, यात्रा, शॉपिंग, भोजन, आदि।
• कार्ड वेतनभोगी और अन्य को दिया जाता है। प्रस्तावित कार्ड सीमा, कुल वार्षिक आय का 20% है, जिसमें न्यूनतम सीमा रु. 50,000/- है, जिसकी कोई ऊपरी सीमा नहीं है।

NATIONAL

Govt further extends Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme to June 30, 2021

• The Central Government has extended the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS 3.0) by another three months till June 30, 2021, or till such time that an amount of Rs. 3 lakh crore is sanctioned under the Scheme. Additionally, the government has also introduced certain modifications in the ECLGS scheme to further contribute towards economic revival.

Modified rules:

• The limit of credit has been enhanced to 40 per cent of outstanding loans as of February 29, 2020. This limit was 20 per cent earlier.
• The scheme would now also cover borrowers with total credit outstanding up to Rs 500 crore, with overdues for 60 days or less on February 29 2020, as compared to 30 days overdue earlier.
• The tenor of loans granted under ECLGS 3.0 is 6 years with a moratorium period of 2 years on repayment of principal. In ECLGS 2.0, the tenor was five years with a 12-month moratorium.
• Further, the scheme has also introduced providing an incentive to MLIs (member lending institutions) to enable the availability of additional funding facility to the eligible beneficiaries.
• The ECLGS was announced as part of the Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Package of Central Government to provide fully guaranteed and collateral-free additional credit to MSMEs, business enterprises, individual loans for business purposes and MUDRA borrowers.

Education Minister inaugurates ‘Anandam: The Center for Happiness’ at IIM Jammu

• Union Education Minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal has inaugurated “Anandam: The Center for Happiness” at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Jammu virtually. The centre will help people overcome mental stress and help spread positivity and it will encourage and propagate holistic development for all the stakeholders at IIM Jammu. Lieutenant Governor, Jammu, and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha; Founder, Art of Living Foundation, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar virtually graced the occasion.
• The purpose of establishing ‘Anandam’ at IIM Jammu is to bring holistic well-being. Regular physical exercises at the Center will contribute to the wellness at the physical level for both the students and the faculty. Under the concept of ‘Anandam: The Center for Happiness’ will be divided into five broad categories, namely, Counselling, Holistic wellness, Elective courses on Happiness Development, Research and Leadership & Faculty Development.

Beloved children’s author of US, Beverly Cleary passes away

• Beloved children’s author of US, Beverly Cleary passed away. She was named a Living Legend in 2000 by the Library of Congress. In 2003, she was chosen as one of the winners of the National Medal of Arts.
• The author whose memories of her Oregon childhood were shared with millions through the likes of Ramona and Beezus Quimby and Henry Huggins.

Utkal Divas or Odisha Day is celebrated on 1 April

• Utkal Divas or Utakala Dibasha is celebrated on April 1 every year to remember the formation of the Odisha state after a struggle to be recognised as an independent state. Under British rule, Odisha was part of the Bengal presidency, which consisted of the present-day Bihar, West Bengal, and Odisha. The state was originally called Orissa but the Lok Sabha passed the Orissa Bill, and Constitution Bill (113rd amendment), in March 2011 to rename it Odisha.
• The region became part of Kalinga after it was conquered by Magadha King Ashoka in 261 BC to expand his Mauryan rule. After Mauryan rule, King Kharavela’s rule began in Odisha. Kharavela managed to avenge the Mauryan invasion by defeating Magadh. Historians credit Kharavela for laying the foundation for Odisha’s fame as a land of art, architecture and sculpture. He also managed to establish a powerful political state.
• Gajapati Mukunda Deva was the last Hindu king of Odisha. He was defeated by the Mughals in 1576. A few hundred years later, the British took over and divided the state into different parts. The northern and western districts of the state became part of what was then called the Bengal presidency.
• The new province of Odisha was formed after people’s continued struggle, which finally paid off on April 1, 1936. Sir John Hubbak was the first governor of the state. Notable leaders from that movement are Utkala Gouraba, Madhusudan Das, Utkala Mani, Gopabandhu Das, Fakir Mohan Senapati, Pandita Nilakantha Das, and many others.

International Transgender Day of Visibility: 31st March

• International Transgender Day of Visibility observed globally on 31st March every year. The day is dedicated to celebrating transgender people and raising awareness of discrimination faced by transgender people worldwide, as well as a celebration of their contributions to society.
• The day was founded by US-based transgender activist Rachel Crandall of Michigan in 2009. As a reaction to the lack of LGBT recognition of transgender people, citing the frustration that the only well-known transgender-centred day was the Transgender Day of Remembrance which mourned the murders of transgender people but did not acknowledge and celebrate living members of the transgender community. The first International Transgender Day of Visibility was held on March 31, 2009. It has since been spearheaded by the U.S.-based youth advocacy organization Trans Student Educational Resources.

Dr Sharankumar Limbale to receive Saraswati Samman 2020

• Noted Marathi writer Dr Sharankumar Limbale will receive Saraswati Samman, 2020 for his book Sanatan. The award carries fifteen lakh rupees, a citation and a plaque. Saraswati Samman, instituted by KK Birla Foundation in 1991, is recognised as the most prestigious and highest literary award in the country.
• Dr Limbale’s Sanatan has been published in 2018. Sanatan is an important social and historical document of the Dalit struggle. Speaking first to All India Radio, Dr Limbale was overjoyed with emotion as he started his career with the public broadcaster.

Maggie O’Farrell’s ‘Hamnet’ wins book critics award for fiction

• Maggie O’Farrell’s Hamnet, an imagined take on the death of Shakespeare’s son from the bubonic plague, has won the National Book Critics Circle prize for fiction. Hamnet, an unfortunately well-timed story for the current pandemic, explores the impact of the boy’s illness and death on his family. He was Shakespeare’s only son, and scholars have long speculated about his influence — if any — on “Hamlet,” which Shakespeare worked on in the years following Hamnet’s death.
• Tom Zoellner’s Island on Fire: The Revolt That Ended Slavery in the British Empire won for nonfiction, and Amy Stanley’s Stranger in the Shogun’s City: A Japanese Woman and Her World was the winner in biography. The autobiography award went to Cathy Park Hong for Minor Feelings: An Asian American Reckoning.

• A book titled “Names of the Women” authored by Jeet Thayil. The book talks about the women whose roles were suppressed, reduced, or erased in the Gospels.
• Jeet Thayil is a renowned author, best known for his book ‘Narcopolis’ which was shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize 2012 and won the DSC Prize for South Asian Literature. His most recent book ‘Low’ was released in 2020.

Govt pegs market borrowing at Rs 7.24 lakh crore in 1st half of FY22

• The government has decided to borrow Rs 7.24 lakh crore in the first half of 2021-22 fiscal (FY22) to meet resources to revive the economy hit by coronavirus pandemic. This borrowing is 60.06 per cent of the estimated gross issuances for fiscal 2021-22.
• According to Budget 2021-22, the estimated gross borrowing is pegged at Rs 12.05 lakh crore in the financial year beginning April 01, 2021. The government raises money from the market to fund its fiscal deficit through dated securities and treasury bills.

RBI extends deadline for processing auto-debit payments by 6 months

• The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has extended the timeline for processing recurring online transactions by 6 months to September 30, 2021. Earlier in December 2020, RBI had directed all banks including RRBs, NBFCs, and payment gateways that the processing of recurring transactions (domestic or cross-border) using cards or Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs) or Unified Payments Interface (UPI) would not be continued beyond March 31, 2021, if they do not comply with Additional Factor of Authentication (AFA).
• This means that with effect from April 30, 2021, there were supposed to be no automatic recurring payment for various services, including recharge and utility bill, under arrangements/practices not compliant with AFA. However, banks and payment gateways had sought additional time to comply with the RBI directive on automatic recurring payment. Taking it into consideration, RBI decided to further extend the timeline.

Government announces Rs 14,500 crore capital infusion in 4 PSBs

• The Central Government has announced to infuse Rs 14,500 crore in four state-owned lenders namely Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, Bank of India and UCO Bank in 2020-21, by issuing non-interest bearing bonds to these banks. This infusion will complete the government’s total capital infusion of Rs 20,000 crore in public sector banks for the current financial year 2020-21. Earlier in December 2020, it infused Rs 5,500 crore in Punjab and Sind Bank.
• The Recapitalisation bonds will be issued with six different maturities, and the special securities would be “at par” for the amount as per the application made by the eligible banks. Banks require capital to meet the mandatory reserve requirements laid out by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), make provisions for bad loans and kick-start the lending cycle when demand revives in the economy.

Union Bank of India launched “UNI – CARBON CARD”

• Union Bank of India has launched “UNI – CARBON CARD”, an HPCL co-branded credit card on the Rupay platform of NPCI. It is a unique card designed with association with one of the largest Public Sector Bank, Union Bank of India and HPCL, a leader in the fuel retail and Rupay – India’s largest card payment network. It will create an opportunity to create value for the customers.

• The Bank is having a total network of 9590+ branches and 13280+ ATMs across India, this co-branded credit card is a Bank’s maiden joint venture.
• While using this card at HPCL retail outlets, the cardholder gets Cashback/Rewards in addition to the waiver of fuel surcharge provided by the Bank.
