भारत का सबसे बड़ा ग्रामीण तकनीकी त्योहार 'अंतः प्रज्ञा 2020' तेलंगाना में आयोजित किया गया:

• निर्मल के कलेक्टर ने राजीव गांधी यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ नॉलेज टेक्नोलॉजीज-बसर (RGUKT-Basar) में तेलंगाना राज्य में अंताप्रज्ञा 2020 के राष्ट्रीय स्तर के भारत के सबसे बड़े ग्रामीण तकनीकी महोत्सव का उद्घाटन किया।

• ग्रामीण क्षेत्र विकास बस को मिस नहीं कर सकते। पिछली शताब्दी में दो लाख वर्षों के अधिकांश घटनाक्रम हुए हैं।

• फेस्ट में 300 प्रोटोटाइप, वर्किंग मॉडल, प्रदर्शन और तकनीक जैसे पानी के लिए ऑटोमैटिक स्विच, होममेड इलेक्ट्रिसिटी, स्मोक एब्जॉर्बर, ऑटोमैटिक स्ट्रीट लाइटिंग सिस्टम, स्मार्ट डस्टबिन, जीरो बजट फार्मिंग, ऑटोमैटिक सिंचाई और अन्य शोकेस किए गए हैं।

भारत, भारत और दक्षिण कोरिया के बीच रक्षा संवाद की मेजबानी करेगा:

• भारत और दक्षिण कोरिया के बीच मंत्रिस्तरीय स्तरीय रक्षा वार्ता आज नई दिल्ली में आयोजित की गई। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह और दक्षिण कोरिया के राष्ट्रीय रक्षा मंत्री जियोंग कियांग-डो ने बैठक की।

• लखनऊ में Def Expo-2020 का विषय डिफेंस का डिजिटल परिवर्तन है और भारत और दक्षिण कोरिया रक्षा क्षेत्र में आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस और डिजिटल तकनीक के प्रभाव को पहचानते हैं।

भारत सरकार ने शास्त्रीय स्वाइन बुखार को नियंत्रित करने के लिए नए टीके का अनावरण किया:

• भारत सरकार ने शास्त्रीय स्वाइन बुखार (CSF) को नियंत्रित करने के लिए एक नए स्वदेशी विकसित वैक्सीन का अनावरण किया। CSF एक अत्यधिक संक्रामक घातक स्वाइन रोग है।

• उत्तर प्रदेश स्थित भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद (ICAR) -भारतीय पशु चिकित्सा अनुसंधान संस्थान (IVRI) द्वारा विकसित नया टीका मौजूदा वाले की तुलना में बहुत सस्ता होगा।

बैंकिंग और अर्थव्यवस्था

केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल सहकारी बैंकों को विनियमित करने के लिए बैंकिंग विनियमन अधिनियम में संशोधन को मंजूरी देता है:

• केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के नियामक तंत्र के तहत सहकारी बैंकों को लाने के लिए अपनी मंजूरी दे दी है।

• कैबिनेट ने 5 फरवरी, 2020 को बैंकिंग विनियमन अधिनियम में संशोधन को मंजूरी दी, इस प्रकार बहु-राज्य सहकारी बैंकों को RBI के विनियमन के तहत आने की अनुमति दी गई।

• सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने कैबिनेट बैठक के बाद घोषणा की।

• 8.65 जमाकर्ताओं के धन के साथ 1,540 सहकारी बैंक, लगभग रु। देश में 5 लाख करोड़ जमा और प्रस्तावित संशोधन से जमाकर्ताओं की रक्षा होगी।

(A) बैंकिंग विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 भारत में कानून है जो सभी बैंकिंग फर्मों को नियंत्रित करता है।

(B) शक्तिकांत दास भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक के 25 वें गवर्नर हैं।

संघ सरकार की योजना LIC IPO के माध्यम से धन जुटाने की है:

• वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण कि संघ सरकार IPO या एक प्रारंभिक सार्वजनिक प्रस्ताव के माध्यम से एलआईसी में आंशिक हिस्सेदारी बेचने की योजना बना रही है।

• केंद्रीय बजट में उसने प्रस्ताव दिया कि सरकार IDBI बैंक में अपनी हिस्सेदारी निजी निवेशकों को बेचेगी और सहकारी बैंकों को मजबूत करने के लिए बैंकिंग विनियमन अधिनियम में संशोधन करेगी।

• वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि बैंक की विफलता के खिलाफ जमा बीमा कवरेज को 1 लाख से बढ़ाकर 5 लाख रुपये किया जाएगा।

• उसने मुख्य रूप से सरकारी प्रतिभूतियों से युक्त डेट ईटीएफ को फ्लोट करके एक्सचेंज-ट्रेडेड फंड का विस्तार करने का प्रस्ताव रखा।

• प्रख्यात हिंदी कवि-उपन्यासकार और साहित्य अकादमी के सम्मान विनोद कुमार शुक्ल ने अपनी अनुवादित पुस्तक "ब्लू इज़ लाइक ब्लू" के लिए माथ्रूभूमि बुक ऑफ द ईयर पुरस्कार जीता है।

वयोवृद्ध ओडिया कवि रबी सिंह का निधन:

• प्रसिद्ध ओडिया कवि रबी सिंह का निधन। वह 89 वर्ष के थे।

• क्रांतिकारी कवि को ओडिया साहित्य में उनके योगदान के लिए कई पुरस्कार मिले थे।

• उन्हें वर्ष 2017 में आतिबी जगन्नाथ दास सम्मान मिला।

• हाल ही में नियुक्त BCCI अध्यक्ष, सौरव गांगुली को भारतीय ओलंपिक संघ द्वारा टोक्यो ओलंपिक खेलों 2020 में भारत के सद्भावना राजदूत ’के रूप में आमंत्रित किया गया है।

• सौरव गांगुली, अपने गृहनगर में कलकत्ता के राजकुमार के रूप में जाने जाते हैं, पूरे देश में सबसे सम्मानित खेलों में से एक है।

• अमिताभ भट्ट ने बेंगलुरु मुख्यालय के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी PSU, हिंदुस्तान एयरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड के बैंगलोर कॉम्प्लेक्स के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी के रूप में पदभार संभाला है।

India’s biggest rural technical festival ‘Antahpragnya 2020’ held in Telangana:

• Collector of Nirmal inaugurated National Level India’s Biggest Rural Technical Festival titled Antahpragnya 2020 in the state of Telangana at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies-Basar (RGUKT-Basar).

• Rural areas cannot afford to miss the development bus. Most of the developments in the two lakh years have taken place in the last century.

• The fest showcases 300 prototypes, working models, exhibits and technologies such as automatic switch for water, homemade electricity, smoke absorber, automatic street lighting system, smart dustbins, zero budget farming, automatic irrigation and others.

India hosts Defence dialogue between India and South Korea:

• Ministerial-level Defence dialogue between India and South Korea was held in New Delhi today. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Minister of National Defence of South Korea Jeong Kyeong-doo held the meeting.

• The theme of DefExpo-2020 in Lucknow is ‘Digital Transformation of Defence’ and India and South Korea recognize the influence of Artificial Intelligence and digital technology in defence sector.

Indian Government unveils new vaccine to control classical swine fever:

• The government of India unveiled a new indigenously developed vaccine for controlling classical swine fever (CSF). CSF is a highly contagious fatal pig disease.

• The new vaccine, developed by Uttar Pradesh-based Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR)-Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), will be much cheaper than the existing one.

Union Cabinet Approves Amendments to Banking Regulation Act to regulate co-operative banks:

• The Union Cabinet has given its approval to bring cooperative banks under the regulatory mechanism of Reserve Bank of India.

• The cabinet approved amendments to the Banking Regulation Act on February 5, 2020, thus allowing multi-state cooperative banks to come under the regulation of the RBI.

• The announcement was made by Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadkar after a cabinet meeting.

• The 1,540 cooperative banks with 8.6 crore depositors’ money, with around Rs. 5 lakh crore deposits in the country and the proposed amendment will protect the depositors.

a. The Banking Regulation Act, 1949 is legislation in India that regulates all banking firms.

b. Shaktikanta Das is the 25th governor of the Reserve Bank of India.

Union Govt plans to raise funds through LIC IPO:

• Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman that union government plans to sell a partial stake in LIC through IPO or an initial public offer.

• The union budget she proposed that the government will sell its stake in IDBI Bank to private investors and also amend the Banking Regulation Act to strengthen co-op banks.

• The finance minister that the deposit insurance coverage against bank failure will be increased to Rs 5 lakh from Rs 1 lakh.

• She proposed to expand exchange-traded funds by floating a Debt ETF, consisting primarily of government securities.

• Noted Hindi poet-novelist and Sahitya Akademi honouree Vinod Kumar Shukla has bagged the inaugural Mathrubhumi Book of the Year award for his translated book “Blue Is Like Blue“.

• The stories in “Blue Is Like Blue”, translated into English by Arvind Krishna Mehrotra and Sara Rai, deal with common people and their daily struggles.

Veteran Odia poet Rabi Singh passes away:

• Renowned Odia poet Rabi Singh passed away. He was 89.

• The revolutionary poet had received many awards for his contribution to Odia literature.

• He received Atibadi Jagannath Das Samman in the year 2017.

Sourav Ganguly will be the 'Goodwill Ambassador' of India in the 'Tokyo Olympic Games 2020':

• The recently appointed BCCI President, Sourav Ganguly has been invited by the Indian Olympic Association to be the 'Goodwill Ambassador' of India in the Tokyo Olympic Games 2020.

• Sourav Ganguly, known in his hometown as the Prince of Calcutta is one of the most respected sports icons in the entire country.

• Amitabh Bhatt has taken over as Chief Executive Officer of Bengaluru-headquartered safeguard PSU, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited’s Bangalore Complex.

• Prior, he was serving as Executive Director of Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) venture in HAL.

• Bhatt is a Post Graduate in Management and earlier served in SKF India Limited for a long time before joining Hindustan Aeronautics Limited.
