What are Refund & Return policies?

Our refund policy is:

Refunds are only allowed within 5 days of enrolment. A 100% refund (after deducting GST and payment gateway charges) will be paid to the candidate if he/she has not attempted more than 2 paid tests. Refund requests will not be processed after 5 days of enrolment.

When you enrol in a training course on TopRankers, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.

TopRankers reserves the right to postpone/cancel a Batch/class, or an event, for any reason whatsoever, in or beyond its control. In that case, refund is paid. However, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants is not refunded.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the refund request is approved.

You can join any Online classes after joining this course. However, the fees for Online batches would be different, depending on the remaining Online course length and other factors&nbsp;which you select. Please contact your counselor for the balance fees details.

How do I participate in an Online CLAT classes? Can I use my MOBILE to access CLAT live classes?

In case of CLAT LIVE classes, you will be provided with a link of the live class beforehand. All you need to have is a Computer or Laptop or a MOBILE phone with an active internet connection. In case of recorded videos, you can watch the CLAT video lessons online which will be already available. In both of cases, you can ask your doubts without any hesitation and our experts will be answering.

What if I face any technical glitch during a live classes?

We would recommend you to every time check system settings and internet 5 minutes before the live Online CLAT classes starts.
