CLAT or Common Law Admission Test is conducted by the consortium of NLUs. The national level entrance exam is a gateway for law aspirants to undergraduate and postgraduate law courses offered at 22 NLUs and other participating colleges.
- The CLAT 2020 exam date has been postponed. It will be conducted on May 24, 2020, between 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- CLAT scores are accepted to provide admission to LLB and LLM programs.
- To appear in CLAT 2020, candidates must have a 10+2 passing certificate with a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST categories).
- The age limit has been removed by the Bar Council of India for admission to law courses.
