How to check the HSSC Clerk 2020 Result?

The candidates have to go through some specific steps to receive their Clerk 2020 Results. The steps are as follows-

Step 1-The eligible candidates have to visit the official website of HSSC.

Step 2-Then he/she has to search for the "HSSC Clerk Result 2020" link on the website.

Step 3-The candidates needs to click on the link and enter all the asked details- Registration Number/ Roll Number and Password/ Date of Birth.

Step 4-There comes up with a Results PDF on the screen.

Step 5-The candidates needs to download the PDF and search for particulars Registration Number/ Roll Number.

Step 6- Lastly, If the Name of the candidate is present in the Pdf, the candidate will be selected for the Document Verification process.

HSSC Clerk Expected Cut Off 2020

• The cut off for the HSSC Clerk 2020 Results will be based on the total number of appearing students, the number of vacancies available and the difficulty level of the exam.
• The cut-off will be released just after the release of the HSSC Clerk 2020 Results.
• The 2020 HSSC Clerk Result will release in PDF format for which the candidate has to have their log in details- Registration Number/ Roll Number and Password/ Date of Birth ready.

HSSC Clerk Selection Process 2020

To be selected for the Clerical Posts, the candidates have to go through two stages- Written Exam and Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience

HSSC Clerk Selection Process: Written Exam

The Written Exam has been divided into these following parts-

• 75% weightage on Reasoning, Mathematics, Science, English, Computer, Hindi
• 25% weightage on Current Affairs, History, Geography, Polity,  Culture,  Environment, General Awareness about Haryana.

HSSC Clerk Selection Process: Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience

The Marks allotted for the Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience are as follows-

• If none of the Applicant's Father, Mother, Spouse, brothers, sisters, sons & daughters is, was or is been a regular employee in any Departments under the Haryana Government or any other Governments in India.- 5 Marks
• Orphan/Widow

=> If an applicant is a widow

=> if the second child and the father died before the age of 42 years

=> if the applicant is the first or the second child and father has died before the applicant has attained the age of 15 years.- 5 Marks.

• If the applicant belongs to a Nomadic Tribe or denotified tribe of Haryana which is neither OBC or SC- 5 Marks
• Experience:0.5 Marks for each year or part thereof exceeding an experience of six months out of sixteen years on the same or a higher post in any Board, Department, Corporation under the Government of Haryana-8 Marks(The candidates will not be given any marks for an experience of fewer than six months.)

It must be noted that the HSSC Clerk Results 2020 will be completely on merit basis and under any circumstances, no candidates will be given more than 10 marks in the Socio-Economic Criteria Selection Stage.

Instruction to Fill Online Scrutiny Form

• Click on "Fill Scrutiny form for the post of Clerk" on the website of HSSC ie. hssc.gov.in.
• Fill the required fields as per the original documents. lt is mandatory for the candidates to fill all the fields and upload original documents that are applicable to candidates.
• Take a printout after the final submission of the form. Before uploading the documents, the candidate shall number the documents and shall mention the total number of pages and the total number of documents uploaded in the scrutiny form.
• Bring the signed scrutiny form with all original documents and application form at the time of document verification.
• On the top of scrutiny from serial no, Time slot, committee allotted to candidates will be mentioned and the candidates shall come accordingly.
